Idaho PC Solutions did an amazing job in our office, they did everything from setting up our VOIP phone lines, printers, several desktop and laptop computers, cabling and wifi network, email account and manages our setup at a very affordable rate. Highly recommended! Thanks Idaho PC Solutions!

I contacted Idaho PC Solutions to replace a defective fan on my laptop. It had gotten so bad it was sounding like a plane was about to take off. I spoke with Jason and told him my problem, and he immediately ordered a new replacement fan for me. The fan came in a couple days later, and Jason was nice enough to meet me at my home on a Saturday and picked up my PC. I was a little nervous at first because I was trusting a stranger with my computer which had all my personal information on it, but the logo on his polo and the card he gave me seemed legit. I was also reassured by all these positive reviews. He did not disappoint, and he was able to return my laptop within a couple of hours.However, he did tell me that the shipper sent him the wrong fan, so he had to go to his warehouse to find a spare fan, and he was able to find one compatible with my PC model. Unfortunately though, I noticed later that night that the spare fan was not the right fit. My computer was extremely slow after the new fan was installed. I contacted Jason the next morning, and he was able to get back to me saying he reordered a new fan. It was supposed to take a few days to ship though, and I told him I urgently needed it fixed because I use my PC for work. Jason acted quickly, and he was able to get in touch with a friend in IT who lives in town that had the right part for me. Jason picked it up and met me at my work and delivered it to me. Jason was very patient as I ran some tests and opened up the laptop panel to inspect it. I wanted to double check that it was the correct part this time.I am happy to report that my PC is as good as new, faster than ever, and the new fan is virtually silent. Jason was kind enough not to charge me for the extra work or the extra parts he had to order. He is a man of integrity and I can proudly say I will be contacting him again if I have computer issues again in the future.

In 2022 Jason sold me what he said was a new Dell laptop with Windows 11. I have come to find 18 months later that it is a refurbished computer with software licensing that Microsoft does not recognize as correct. Because of frequent virus attacks, I will have to upgrade hardware and software. Avoid this guy at all costs. Caveat emptor.

JASON SAVED THE DAY! When my elderly father ended up with a scammer remote connected to his computer we thought we had caught it quick enough until the scammer said "Enjoy finding a new computer B-word!" and made the screens go blue. Jason cameto the house, picked up the massive gaming computer and did a complete, backup, wipe and reinstall of the OS. PC Solutions of Idaho is a first class business with integrity and fair pricing. We couldn't be happier with the help we received.

I locked myself out of my new Windows 10 Computer and was told by several people it would take hours to get past the forgotten password and PIN to get the computer restored. Jason understood my problem and in 5 minutes on the phone he talked me through a fix. Didn't cost me a dime. I will use them for all my future computer needs. Couldn't have asked for a more competent professional service provider. Jason has my highest praise!

I can not give high enough kudos to Idaho PC Solutions! Jason saved me over $1,200 as I had bought a new laptop at Costoc to replace a really nice one with a touchpad problem. Over a series of text messages, Jason had me text him some images, only to then tell me my touchpad was raised up due to a bad batter that could easily be replaced myself. This really goes to his helfpul and honest nature. I will be going nowhere else for any furture computer repairs in Boise - nor should you!

Great and prompt services. I was having issues with my PC at home and had done a few minor things to no avail. Called Jason the next morning and left a message which was returned promptly. We discussed briefly my problem and Jason asked me to shut down my system and reboot and watch for a couple of things. I informed him that I'd done this several times but he insisted I did and it has been running flawlessly since. Very personable and courteous.

Jason updated a desktop, going from Windows 7 to Windows 11 and diagnosed and fixed a problem on my laptop. Excellent service, responsive and at all times kept me updated on the status of the process. Would strongly recommend!

Jason is my hero! Fast and personal service. He spoke my language (plain English, no "computerese") with personality. I have used others that I could hardly communicate with. I work for a company based in California with offices in many other states. Our ID office needed some assistance. I found Idaho PC solutions on Thumbtack. Reached out to several companies. Jason from Idaho PC solutions responded literally within minutes while the other companies took well over 4hrs to respond.We jumped on a call and I quickly explained the scope of work and he understood right away what was needed. We talked about the hourly rate, which I found extremely reasonable. We scheduled an appointment for the following week. He was very punctual and professional.
