I am a small business owner. I have worked with the team at Idaho Trust for years. I previously had accounts at some of the large national banks, but have moved the majority of my business to Idaho Trust. Their attention to detail, level of customer service, and personal interactions have made them the top choice for my business and personal banking.

If you are a small business looking for an SBA loan or line of credit you may consider looking elsewhere. I have worked with other SBA financed local banks in the past and the support with them exceeded what I’ve experienced with Idaho Trust; especially given the 2020 pandemic and the additional support banks such as ID Trust have been given by the SBA. I think they did their best, but there were some significant oversights and a lack of careful consideration. This is the first negative review I’ve ever written, but did feel it was the right thing to do so other businesses could make an informed choice. There are many good things about them so I do recommend looking into them but in addition to other options.

I don't even have an account with Idaho Trust Bank but every time I go inside for services the Gals are extremely professional, helpful and friendly.

I am thrilled with the service I have received at Idaho Trust! I have been a client since 2006 and every interaction I have with the staff has been a positive one. Idaho Trust goes above and beyond to make me feel special and provide the best service possible. No matter my issues the staff provides prompt and helpful solutions.

Post a negative review and ITB will threaten to sue. That's how they operate. Bunch of nonsense posted by the most unethical of the ITB team, Tom. For the 4th year in the last 5, they failed to provide the K1 in a timely manner, forcing the beneficiaries to file tax extensions. But they did charge $600 for the poor service. As for Tom's direct comments, there's a difference between enforcing terms of a Trust and purposely telling lies. The lies led to a lawsuit that resulted in thousands of dollars being reimbursed to the beneficiaries because ITB and their terrible, unethical attorney fabricated charges. Recent interactions confirmed my previous evaluation below. My kids, who should be focused on college studies and activities, spend hours every week trying to get ITB to release THEIR money to them. My kids experience emotional trauma because of how ITB mistreats them. Earlier review: Worst bank ever. Ridiculously high fees for terrible service. Had to file a lawsuit to get them to fulfill their duties. I know a lot of ethical attorneys, CPAs, and financial professionals--they avoid interacting with this bank. The only time "trust" is involved at ITB is in their name.

Amazing local bank with trusted advisors. The only bank in Boise with headquarters actually there I believe! From the moment you walk into the door you will feel like your in great hands.
