I use instant imprints for both of my businesses. Whatever I am working on they have helped. From wrapping my vehicle, to custom embroidering Lulu Lemon jackets for my employees. They are amazing. I will continue to use them.

We needed just three shirts screen printed for my daughter’s upcoming robotics tournament, and most places wouldn’t take such a small order. Instant Imprints Boise recommended using DTF (Direct to Film) instead, and they did an amazing job! They took my daughter’s design and applied it to the shirts with great quality and a fast turnaround. The staff was friendly, professional, and super helpful—highly recommend!

I am starting my own HVAC business and searched around Boise for a company to do my apparel. After a few duds, I found Instant Imprints. There were a few things they did that made my experience great:
1. They treated me like their biggest customer, even though I only needed a few things made at this time.
2. They communicated with me throughout the process.
3. Their work is high quality.
And most importantly, they did what they said they were going to do! Too many businesses set a great expectation but never follow through with it. I wouldn’t use or recommend any other company for apparel/promotional/marketing work. The best part is, it is a local family owned business, not some online screen printing company. They have my business going forward.

Instant Imprints did an amazing job with the custom vinyl for my business windows at The Beardsmith Barbershop in Boise! The team was professional, efficient, and provided top-notch customer service from start to finish. The installer was a total pro—everything turned out flawless. I’ll definitely be using them for all my graphic needs. Highly recommend!

I've had a great experience with Instant Imprints. Eric and his team have attention to detail and are committed to professionally design within our Brand standards. We wanted to add vinyl to a car, but didn't want a full car wrap and we came up with this solution that looks great! Our car sticks out and looks professional and isn't over the top with branding.We also needed some hats with a patch on it. It was so easy to order everything from one company. Instant Imprints helped design the patch and ordered it and found the exact hats we wanted and then put the patches on the hats. So simple and hassle free.I highly recommend Instant Imprints for your promo needs.

If you’re looking to get ripped off, this is the place for you. We had a last minute request for black and white prints and after getting 3-4 quotes from local print shops, we went with instant imprints (assuming they would be in the same ballpark). While they delivered in the necessary time frame, they failed to provide a quote in advance (my bad for not double checking as all of the other quotes were within a few dollars). When I went to pick up the order I found that they had charged us FOUR TIMES MORE than the competitors pricing. When I attempted to verify the amount, I got excuses from the cashier (who basically implied that I was crazy/lying) and the owner neglected to reply. And yes, given the initial limited time frame, and the fact that it took them a couple of days to respond to the request, the order was less than 2 day turnaround. Still over FOUR TIMES the price of the competition in the exact same time frame.
