While driving home from work, my driver's side window suddenly would not roll back up. With the winter weather approaching, this was an issue that needed to be fixed immediately. Every other shop I called around to would not see me right away until I called Irish and they said they could take a look. They diagnosed the issue quick and had parts on the way immediately. Jr and Randy came in clutch and are definitely the best mechanics I've worked with in the area. Thank you guys!

I used Irish Motors for years in SE Boise. Before I bought a “teenager car” Randy offered to check each car out. He is honest and fair in all our conversations! I’m in a point where I needed an honest mechanic again, Irish Motors was my first thought ! I had to wait for a Few days for an appointment, but it’s ok because Irish Motors is worth it! Wife Chrisy is as knowledgeable as Randy ! Highly recommend them!

Randy is top-notch. He is one of the nicest people. Nicest business owners knows how to run an automotive shop. Got our Mustang running perfectly. Thank you Randy and you're guys.

Spoke to Andy and he gave me his advice rather than charging me just to benefit me! Amazing customer service

Stopped on my way home to get some diagnostic help and they were super helpful and tested a bunch of things on the spot. Will definitely be taking my car here in the future! They explained everything they were doing and what to look for in the future if the issue came up again. Really great customer service!

2.5 months, 800 dollars and my wife’s truck still wasn’t fixed. Showed up and they were flying around the block in her truck. We were told they were professionals, but don’t waste your time and money. One week and I found the problem myself

Randy is a kind, genuine man who treats every customer as if they were good family. I had the opportunity to sit and watch several of his interactions with other customers while I waited and every one, new or old, seemed like they could've been his family. My car, unfortunately, couldn't be fixed for a reasonable price (not his fault, a fault of the car) and as such the inspection and information was not charged. All employees I interacted with beyond Randy were equally as friendly. Wait time was not bad at all. Getting an appointment is extremely difficult, due simply to how popular he and his shop are. If you can get an appointment, do so. You will not regret it.

I got an oil change from Irish Auto for my 2015 F150. I was quoted at $75 a week prior. I dropped off my truck and took an uber to run some errands. When I got back to the shop they had informed me that they had to replace a couple of bolts around the drivetrain and it was a safety concern. I trust their expertise was accurate but I was annoyed that they never got my consent to move forward with the repair. Especially since it now costs $213 for putting in new bolts on top of an oil change. I would have appreciated a phone call and permission to move forward with any unexpected repairs.

Randy and Sam have always taken good care of my dad's truck (his baby before he passed). I made a promise to him that no other mechanic would touch his truck. Now all our other vehicles go there and no where else! They are fair and honest. Reliable and attentive. Great company 🩷
