One of my go to stores. I drove miles to purchase some cloths but I had a negative experience with the staff. Very pushy about getting my email address for a receipt. Really? My email is very personal and I do not give it out to just anyone. I did not give to them and I will spare the rude details but will not be returning. Sad that people are so unprofessional.

Item wasn’t available in my size in store so I ordered online but my order failed and didn’t process. It didn’t say what the issue was. It just said order failed to process. However my credit was still charged 11 times. I tried contact customer service and I got no where. They told me if I cleared my cache. They did not explain why I was being charge while the order said failed to process.they told me contact my bank of I want to clear the charges. No kidding. It is very disappointing to see experience this level of customer service and they won’t do anything to fix the issue.

Called in because they have screwy hours. They said they open at 5:00pm… until 7:30pm. I was doing some errands on the bike and figured I would make it the last part of the trip. Got there at 4:50 ish. Just in time to read a sign on their door that said they open at 5:30pm. What a giant waste of my time.

Julian did a killer job helping me find pants for some maternity photos with my wife. Came in for black chinos and they didn’t have my size, so Julian suggested another pair of pants that did the trick. Super helpful. Thanks again Julian!
