The store manager, Stephanie, is very rude, unfriendly, and has a poor attitude.

I came to this Jacksons on State St. last night with a flat tire. They had an Exact Air compressor there for 2 dollars. I went inside to get change and they made me buy something first. I went outside, put the money in the machine and the tip of the fitting on the hose wouldn't work. I went inside and told her about it and was told it's not their problem! No refund...no concern from the employee! I'm wondering how many people... maybe hundreds of people...got screwed over like that. I'm a senior citizen and I had to get down on my hands a knees to put on the spare. I've heard about these things not working by other people. This is a travesty to have equipment at Jacksons that takes your money and you get nothing in return.

Just visited this store to get gas, while fueling my car I smelled cigar smoke, looked over to see Jackson’s employee changing trash cans at each gas pump while he was smoking his cigar. Unf***ing believable.

I am very unimpressed with the service my boyfriend received from an associate named Paul. He got accused of panhandling and then was refused service not once but twice and was told he could no longer do business at this location. Paul’s attitude was beyond out of line, I’m very concerned you have someone who accuses, yells and kicks loyal customers out of your store. I’ve been a loyal Jackson’s customer for the past 3 years, you always have the kindest workers, I hope this matter is dealt with accordingly I will not be returning to this location ever again.-One VERY disappointed customer.

The worst customer service I've had in a Jackson's. I go in to get vuse pods that I had bought in the same store 2 weeks earlier. They refuse to sell to me with my expired ID well okay then. My girlfriend goes in to get them with her valid ID and they say "oh hun you can't buy for him" she's 21 I'm 21 there should not of been an issue there.

Worse customer service on memorial morning at about 6:30 AM at this Jacksons Food stores on May 25, 2020 the girl that was working that morning had the worst customer service that I have ever experienced at a Jacksons. My husband has worked for Jacksons for four years and I have never had anybody act so snooty and snotty. She needs to find another job. Makes me not want to come to this Jackson’s food store puts me and other people in bad moods just seeing customer service the way she had.

The people here are as unfriendly as you get. They decide without speaking whether they like you or not. I now go out of my way to avoid them when possible except at night. The night employees are fantastic and friendly.

Ran out of gas in the middle of state street (old truck, fuel gauge doesn't work very well). Walked about 1/4 miles to this store to borrow gas can. Cashier had the nerve to ask me if I was going to return it. Did you really just ask me if I was going to steal your gas can??? I assured her I would return it, so she went to the back to retrieve it. Came back and said she wasn't going to let me use it because it was full of gas... Let's think about this. Why would you keep a gas can full of gas on the premises? I told her I would fill it when I brought it back. Still refused. So now I'm waiting for someone to fetch my own gas can from my house and bring it to me because the young lady at this Jackson's store has no clue what customer service is. You better believe when I get my gas can, I will NOT be bringing it here to fill it...
