I am so frustrated with this stores employees. Whenever I go in during the day time I'm treated with disrespect and when they find out that you're living in one of the hotels nearby the treat you with disgust and disdain. I usually have to wait until the evening to go to this gas station just so that I can get an employee that will treat me with respect. I am so sick of going in there and feeling two inches tall because the employees act better than the customers that come in.

The purple haired manager is condescending and rude. She seems impatient and judgemental. I know personally she has know kindness for people with disabilities and people who don't agree with ideas on life.. The entire staff behaves like a battered wife. Smh *shop elsewhere

Nice gas station convenience store with a large selection of snacks/drinks. The hot chocolate and donuts both tasted great. Attendant was friendly and quick to checkout.

Have this location a 3 star rating, idk what happened to the original workers here Becky and a couple others are phenomenal , but the new workers are a thumbs down I literally pull up and the cashier woman was outside the store arguing loudly with her boyfriend very unprofessional and a bit trashy I come from fresno california so that should say something in itself , 5 stars for Becky and the others usually on her shift 3 stars for this new bunch

I was in this store earlier this morning and I admonished another of your customers for not wearing a mask. My mother died 2 weeks ago here in Boise of Covid. Your employee treated me like *I* was the problem, for making a fuss in her store and threatened to eject *me*. That customer should NOT have been allowed into your store in the first place. His irresponsible attitude re masks contributed to the murder of my mother. In the end, the customer apologized to me and promised to wear a mask in future, while your employee shrugged off mass death, expressed not a particle of interest or sympathy re my mother's murder, and demanded that I keep my thoughts on masks to myself. I asked after her own mother's health and she said all was well, Maybe. Or maybe her mother is already infected and will be buried inside of 2 weeks. Jacksons doesn't care if their customers die, or cause death. They only care about maybe losing a few pennies profit if they were to implement a responsible Mask policy.

I had an employee make me take off my glasses because I wasn’t wearing them in my Id I hope and bet he no longer works there, learn to do your job scan and go Jesus Christ
