Summer is awesome, along with the whole crew there. They have to deal with some creepy guys/difficult customers sometimes but handle it well. The store is always nice and clean when my family goes in. Keep up the great job! 👏🏻

used my punchcard on the jackson’s app for my FREE monster, the worker didn’t know what she was doing and ended up making me pay $1.15 extra for the FREE one. Been waiting forever for the free one then i ended up having to pay anyways, whatta rip off !

I work just down the road from this stores location at a pawn shop, although it's not the closest Jackson's from my work I will gladly go the extra distance just because of 2 gentleman that work there (didn't get names). They are always friendly to me and have actually helped me cover upwards to 50 cents when I forgot it.

Tried to get gift card check with balances on the back it says "balance inquiries checked at store" store #53 doesn't know how to check balances and Store manger Jenifer skipped a line of 4 people that her hourly employee was struggling with and did her own thing. Then came to the counter to help me cuz her hourly said "I have no idea. How to do that" she gets to the register and 0 idea how to check anything either. Thats the store manger at the state street & Ellens Fairy. If thinking you need to get info about things you may need to find another store. Also John Jackson might want to look in training some of the store mangers on attitude and customer service. Jennifer wasn't helpful or nice . Other then any other Jackson Store you might get real info and help. Also she wasn't wearing her name tag I had to ask her name because it wasn't present on a Monday morning!...
