Always great.Today Julianne (sp) fixed my sewing machine that really didn't need fixing. It was more operator error.She also looked up how to move default needle position to the center.(from manufacturer default position was to the far left) Very happy customer!

I recently popped in to Jones Sew & Vac in hopes they might help me unclog my good vacuum because I 'thought' I had exhausted all avenues. They put me to shame & found the clog in a 1/2 a second. No charge, other than my pride. I really appreciated them so much for helping me out! Thanks guys!

This place is a gem! The people are super knowledgable, efficient, nice, and total magicians when it comes to sewing machine repair. I'm grateful a store and repair shop such as this exists!
