Jones Sew and Vac has great customer service. I had taken my Q21 X Elite in for service, which ended up having to be sent to the Grace Co. Grace send my longarm to my house in pieces! Store owner, Orion, came to my house, on a Sunday, to put it back together and also leveled my frame for me. I am a happy customer!
