I went in to get some shoes for my little cousins cause I'm missing out on their birthdays while I'm away for college, and both of the ladies on staff were super awesome and helpful, they were the manager and the co I think they said. I knew my coudins sizes which was nice, but I wasn't sure exactly what to get, so the staff helped me pick out a nice style for each of them that's been popular and they were super friendly. I gave some ideas of what my little cousins are loving altely, ones a boy and ones a girl, and they had some awesome recommendations and were just super friendly and happy to help. It was an amazing experience, I'd recommend them to anyone and would happily go back again.

One of the worst customer service experiences ever. The manager of the store is one of the rudest and most disrespectful people to the customers and staff. She does not want to help customers, and doesn't care if she loses any either. We had such a horrible experience just returning some defective shoes today that we will never return to the store, and the manager couldn't care less when we told her. Whenever we go to this store, she always acts the same with everyone. Someone should definitely check in on this manager.

Absolutely the most RUDE and crabby person I've had to deal with in a retail store. Big sighs and put out to help customers. I returned the shoes and will never return.

What happened to the old staff??!! New management seems to not have a single clue what they’re doing. Last time I was there I noticed they had “boys” shoes on one side of the store and “girls” shoes on the other side. It made it very confusing since the brands were all shuffled around. I don’t see the point especially if girls and boys are the same size ranges. Might as well go to famous footwear.

We were extremely disappointed when we went in there. There was no greeting as we walked in, and we were there looking at shoes for 5 minutes and no one said anything. We figured out exactly what we wanted but still no service or acknowledgement. There were 2 employees working and they were sitting behind the counter chatting away. We waited another 5 minutes and still nothing so we left, we can take our business somewhere else.

Ethan was the most helpful and found exactly what I was looking for. It was a crazy random happenstance that they just received a shipment when we stopped back in later. He remembered my shoe choice and size.Sadly we don't live here, but we will definitely share our experience with family and friends here.

Checked this store out on 4-11-21 and within a few seconds we were greeted instantly by a guy. (can’t remember his name anymore but he had long brown hair and glasses). He was very attentive and was right there to answer any questions or check for shoe sizes. This employee made It was a pleasant experience and was very patient and friendly.

they pay minimum wage and no benefits. don’t support an unethical company. and definitely don’t get tricked into getting a job there.

Checked this store out on 4-11-21 and within a few seconds we were greeted instantly by a guy. (can’t remember his name anymore but he had long brown hair and glasses). He was very attentive and was right there to answer any questions or check for shoe sizes. This employee made It was a pleasant experience and was very patient and friendly.

Only one girl working. She did not greet us. Didn't ask if we needed help. Just stood behind the counter. My two sons went up to the counter to give her the shoes they wanted to try on. She brought one of them the wrong size. She didn't help us lace them up-so I'm sitting there, lacing up 4 pairs of shoes with two other little girls wandering the store. Then she handed my 7 yr old two shoes to set back up on the highest shelf-1. That's her job. 2. He couldn't even reach! Will not go back to this store. We'll order on Amazon next time. Maybe they'll get some better employees! FYI if journeys management actually reads these things, it was the 6/24/19 at about 1 in the afternoon if you'd like to know who was working.
