They lied to me. I called about the open a new account and the second deposit within 60 days to get the 400.00 offer but was told ( this was not in their offer letter) that I must set up a auto deposit like wages or some other kind of auto deposits. They lie and don’t tell the truth. DONT USE THEM AS THEY ARE SCAMERS

The Idaho Street branch has major issues with employee and the bank manager customer service skills. After speaking to the branch manager today I am clearly convinced that it is best to avoid this Key Bank location. I will be filing a formal written complaint with the Corporate office President of Key Bank. KeyBank violated several banking laws when handling my account. My account number was listed as an alleged asset in a divorce case that I had nothing to do with. The petitioner of the case subpoena'd my bank account information, including statements for the last two years, and KeyBank immediately sent it to these people I do not know and certainly would never give confidential documents to, and without notifying me (not even to this day). These documents were then submitted to an unsealed court case for even more people to view.
