Went in to this branch as executor of my father's estate, wanted to "remove" an automatic monthly deduction from his assisted living home after his death, because this institution is notorious for over charging, tried doing this simple task online but was told I needed to go in person, so today I find that they have charged me $34 for a "stop payment", at no time did the bank employee tell me there would be a charge, if she had mentioned that I would not have done it and dealt with any extra charges from his assisted living facility, if I can't get this charge waived I will be transferring his money to another bank, my father has been with this bank for decades, so much for customer loyalty.Two "Live Chats" and a phone call got me no where, but "Sorry"

Soooo not happy. From day one they will squeeze every dollar they can out of you, charge outrageous ridiculous fees, get you to sign for a $500 loan, then after the fact tell you it's a "secured" loan and you will get the loan after you pay it off with interest. Since you clearly don't know the definition of a loan here it is...What is a loan? Definition of loan can be described as a property, money, or other material goods that is given to another party in exchange for FUTURE repayment of the loan value plus interest and other finance charges.Notice it says future. I love how the banker rushed me through signing the documents and then tells me that it's a secured loan and I'll get the money in a couple years when it's paid off! I won't need it by then! Not happy at all and they won't ever see a dime of my money again!

Was so pleased to find out your ATM now offers denominations of $5, $20, & $50’s. I stopped to get some cash for an upcoming trip and was expecting to have to settle for only $20 bills. Was pleasantly surprised. Another reason I’ll continue by 25 year relationship.

Overdraft fees are exorbitant, staff unwilling to work to help. Other banks offer accounts with lower fees.

The one time I really need help from the bank with a provisional credit while they investigate charges I've disputed that overdrew me. Gas tank on empty, much like our bellies- 3 days is all we needed. Essentially $150 is more valuable to them over the next few days than what would have been lifelong loyalty had I received the service other major banks would have provided. Choose a different bank folks.
