I had a return and was redirected to Customer Service and not at regular cashier. I got a full refund and Kohl dollars were applied to current purchase.

Absolutely awful. Used to be my go-to store, but the manager at this location (his name is Andrew) is classless and likes to talk down to customers. If he's such a jerk to customers during work hours while he's being paid, I'd hate to see him out in the wild doing his thing for free.

I went to Walk Around The Boise Towne Square Indoor Shopping Mall ??️? today, to get some exercise.I wasn't planning on buying anything at Kohl's, but my Mom's name is Barbie, she has Red Hair, and she likes dolls. So I got this Barbie Doll for her Holiday Gift ??.I was really happy ? that there was a Black ? African - America ? Barbie Chelsea Doll for sale in The Kohl's Toy Section. I might get one Nextime I go to The Mall and give it to someone I know who works at The Mall and runs a Minority - Owned ? Business!It was a little difficult to find what I was looking for at Kohl's, so I'm only giving it 3 Stars. But they do sell almost everything except Fresh Food (that's what my store ?????️ will sell!). I have found that if I walk around Kohl's Boise on multiple visits, I learn where things are.There is an Escalator at Kohl's, as it is on 2 floors. So, if you need an elevator , it's in the middle of the mall. You should plan for extra time.Your lonely Google Guide,Scott alias Dot.
