This is one of the the BEST dealerships in Idaho. Back in December, I bought an Impreza from a used lot. A week after buying it, i took it for a drive at night and the engine blew. I pedaled the car into a parking lot where i left it overnight. I called Boise Subaru first thing in the morning (before they had even opened). My call was answered right away, and they were adamant to have me get my car towed in and diagnosed same day! That's almost unheard of for a dealership. About a month later, i worked with the used lot and they agreed to have a new engine installed by a good local engine supplier. When the new engine was in, the first thing i did was take the Impreza to get diagnosed again. While waiting, i checked out the sales lot and they have very few cars that are marked up over MSRP. Once the diagnosis was done, they told me the engine was healthy, and fixed up a few things that needed attention! My car feels near perfect! The work cost a significant amount, but it's definitely worth it! I will definitely consider them high on the list of good options on taking my Impreza here for maintenance going forward!

I am 72 yrs old. Retire airline pilot, Marine Corp veteran. I have purchased meant cars over my life. Have the new owners of Bosie Subaru formally Larry Miller Subaru lost their corporate ethics? May 31st they offer $33K for my trade. A 2021 Outback Limited XT. Blackbook value $35K. Yesterday June 2nd they offered $28K. My Outback lost $5K in value in one day? Absolutely unethical...Poor customer service. Sales managers attitude, 'get lost'. Don't call us, will call you. Drive to Twin Falls Subaru. Great people and fair negotiations.

I was having a reoccurring issue with my rear wheel and a pesky rock, really bad week to have car issues, the team here was very helpful and accommodating. A technician named Ben came out and helped me on the side of the road, he was kind and explained everything about the issue and got me back on my way.

We were on the hunt for the ever-popular Subaru Outback--2013/2014--and struck out 2x on the low quality from used car lots and Craig's List. Then a 2014 popped up on the Larry H Miller webpage as we were driving back empty handed after a disappointing trip to see a car in Ketchum. Tah-dah. Set up an appointment with Cameron, expanded our budget a bit, and had a terrific Outback within an hour! They cleaned it up, did necessary mechanical repaired, even added new tires. We left feeling really good about the purchase and have a positive of the dealership. Thanks, Cameron!

Attempted ordering a Subaru part online. It clearly indicates they accept PayPal but when I get to check out there is no PayPal button. Most sellers of anything that offer PayPal don't make you fill in all of your shipping information. They just let you click a PayPal button which automatically fills in the shipping location. Pfft. Lost a customer this time \\u0026 in the future.

We had a wonderful experience with Larry H Miller Subaru! Our sales person was Lance and he was fun to hang out with, not pushy at all, and went above and beyond to give us the appropriate attention based upon our needs. He found just the car we were looking for and was kind about our daughter's trade-in, which had a large scrape on the side.We highly recommend working with Lance if you need a Subaru!

It's so refreshing to work with a dealership that actually cares about its customers. There is another big name dealership in the valley that royally screwed me when I purchased a vehicle from them and they made my life a nightmare in seeking help. I purchased my next vehicle used from Larry Miller Subaru and the process was easy, practical, and they didn't leave me hanging after the sale, despite making hardly anything off of my trade in (they gave me over KBB for my trade and a good deal on the used car I purchased)- they show up up when I needed them, no questions asked.Long story short, a separate dealership was having issues installing a remote start system, and Cody from Subaru came through for me by putting me in a loaner and getting the situation figured out. They owed me nothing and took care of me just as much as they did when trying to earn my business. Can't say enough good things.

An absolutely wonderful experience! Our salesman Joe was incredibly informative, polite, answered our 1000 questions with professionalism and kindness. One of the best dealership experiences my husband and I have ever had.

I called ahead the week prior to request a service to replace my eval canister and do an oil change. I called to make contact with a person so that they would be aware of what service I needed and had the parts needed on hand. When I arrived for my appointment, I was advised they did not have the parts and were not aware that work needed to be done. I was advised that it would take a week to order the parts. I found this very frustrating as I drive in from Boise county area to get my vehicle serviced. The service person who helped while I was there was very nice and professional and I am not giving my poor rating for his performance. My review is for the person who took my call and did not pass on the appropriate information for my vehicle. Now I have to wait longer and find another time to drive in for my vehicle's maintenance.

We called two days ahead of time and made a appointment. We arrived 15 minutes ahead of time, drove into a bay, one car in front of our car. We went inside and the young man checked us in, said we’ll get to you. At that time there wasn’t but about 3 cars in one bay, two including ours in the second bay. We were told have a seat and we’ll have it done. We sat down and waited. After around 45 minutes of watching people pull their cars in, come in and wait like we were. Soon I started seeing the same people being contacted by one of the service men, get up, pay and leave. After another 30 minutes and no one contacting us, We were wondering what the problem was, so I went back to the sane young nan and ask if there was a problem with our car? He looked at me and ask what kind and year was my car? He looked at his screen and said he couldn’t find it?? Then he called the service manager and said they would scan the shop and find our car??? So I asked if he would come and tell me what the problem. So, went back say down and waited, after a little bit I was getting really unhappy so went back and he said they were getting it serviced now!!! I went to the receptionist, explained to her the problem and she said she would get the assistant manager, as we were walking back, he was coming to my husband, I told her he was the one that was handling our car. She said she would make sure the manager was told about this mix up. Also he told me it was first come first serve. My question is why do you take appts. If it doesn’t make any difference. Also this was the second time this has happened to us. So after 1 hour add 45 minutes we got our car back. I won’t recommend Larry Miller’s on Fairview to anyone. Unfortunately we have two Subaru’s. Love the cars, just not the service.Service: Oil change

The service itself was okay, fast and pretty easy. They listed a few extra things ‘wrong’ with my car. The customer service was pretty rough. I had an appointment and got in the service pull in. There were 3 cars in front of me and the lady directly in front of me just got out of her car and walked away so I was left waiting in line for my appointment I had already made. None of the service employees in the check in came to check on me or explain why I was still waiting after it being 10 mins past my time to be in the bay. I’m not unsympathetic to places being busy and such but the service people ignored me until I got out of my car and had to ask what was going on. It was really a lack of communication on their end. Also no one wore a mask even though I had asked for that to happen when being in my vehicle. Politics aside I have several health issues that I’d like to stay safe with. Most of the time I go to a dealer I’m given a free car wash however I wasn’t given one when other cars before me were.Service: Transmission repair

Trinity greeted me when I arrived for an Express Oil change, have my tires rotated, and my cabin air filter changed as well. I am traveling across the country and loved the fact that your dealership had an Express Service with no appointment needed! And, even though I don't live in Boise so am not a potential full-time customer, I felt very welcome.(Trinity has a wonderful personality!)Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

I went in for my oil change and when it was done the tech let me know my tires tres was pretty worn which I was aware of. All the did was give me some info on their recommended tire and let me know that they would be happy to change my tires whenever I was ready. No agressive attempt to up sell. Good work.Service: Oil change
