“Machines are well priced, employees are very respectful, and other customers are friendly. It’s also cleaner when compared to other reasonably priced laundromats. I understand that delivery service is booming with this laundromat, but employees/ the owner still take the time to ensure a clean welcoming environment for those of us using the location.I appreciate the wonderful experiences I’ve had using this location for my laundry needs. :)”

“Place was spotless. I didn't realize they had a cashless system but the attendant was patient and helpful in helping me navigate that whole thing.Only downside was that the TV was loud even w headphones on. Could cause issues for people with more sensory sensitivity than average.”

“Regular machines all fill with water with a different amount of water, not like they are suppose to but as if they are washing a small load. Loaded a few white loads and wanting a good wash i loaded them loose and about 2/3rds full. When 3 out of four loads where done they were covered in fabric softner.Update: recently all their larger washers don't work or the top loading laundry soap/fabric softener area is flooded and not draining.Update: all the machines have been updated and they have been taking excellent condition of the place. The red head gal I've seen cleaning the machines does a great job at keeping the place in tip top shape. The only thing that would be awesome would be music playing lol. Great job with the updates and is my go to spot now.”

“We had to do some laundry while on an RV trip. We found this place on yelp. This is by far one of the best laundry places I have been in. Spotless! The nice lady helped us and made sure all the machines were cleaned. She worked the whole entire time we were there. If you need laundry done, go here!”

“Their work is quality. Disappointed that I was charged $63 at pick up instead of the $45 I was quoted at drop off for my last order (hemming three skirts.) The employee was friendly but could/would not honor the price quoted.”

“Very welcoming employees.!Machines clean extremely well. I prefer this barebones laundry more than the overpriced ones around boise. You just pay with cash and wash your clothes for a budget price without paying for the huge overhead of a new building and facilities.”

“I am a big fan of this laundromat because it’s usually clean and not crowded. I do not like that there’s no one to call when someone is wringing their sopping wet laundry onto the floor! Someone might want to come down with a mop— it’s very puddley and possibly a liability. Like right now.”
“Was passing through Boise after a week of camping and needed to clean some clothes. This is the cleanest and easiest laundromat we've ever been in. The staff was super helpful and friendly and the no quarter system works flawlessly. I wish all laundromats had the laundry card system.”
