I had such an incredible car buying experience at Lithia Ford! Steffan was by far the best car salesman that I have worked with over the years. Anthony in finance was also extremely professional and helpful. Everyone that I worked with at Lithia was extremely kind, patient and knowledgeable. I love my new vehicle--thank you Lithia Ford!

I was having trouble with my transmission, had already paid $1300 at another company. I took it to lithia, was told that it would be 2-3 weeks before they could even check it out. I was also told that the problem with my car meant that I would have to wait another 3-4 weeks before they could repair it. Then it was going to cost $1300. I got my car back in 3 weeks & that were able to get the expired warranty to cover it. Yes it took longer than I expected but it didn't cost me a thing. Tonya was wonderful. I would definitely go back. Thank you Tonya & all the mechanics that worked on my car

I had an issue with my Ranger and they were responsive and helpful. They got me right in. While there we looked at some cars and the salesman was helpful and not pushy.

They sold me a used vehicle and it need to be in the shop they won't let me get a courtesy vehicle so can at least get to work they say they don't have any I call bullshit i only had my car about a month and there are so many things wrong with it they lost my business from now on. And the funny part is they don't know how long my vehicle will be in the shop for.

We have been pleased with everything we have experienced with Lithuanian Ford Lincoln nod Boise from the start of the purchase up until this week when we brought our truck in for a safety recall. They are always so kind, we have worked with Rhett a lot and he is very helpful and kind. When our truck took an extra day to get the repair done and we weren't able to pick it up right away, he offered for it to be dropped off to our home. What a great service that helped us a lot! Thank you so much!

I took a vehicle for my work in WITH AN APPOINTMENT for a diagnostic and quote for repair. A week later they still haven't done the diagnostic. When asked why I was told "we have a lot of trucks here for diagnostic ". If you set an appointment you should follow through with what you agreed to!

These guys are greasy!!!! I ordered a bronco. Waited the 7 months to get it, only to find they ordered it in the wrong color Needless to say I was upset. Especially bc they no longer take orders for broncos. So this was it. I either got this one or I couldn't even order another one They brought their sales manager Logan out who tried to offer me $3500 to not buy the vehicle. I explained several times I was going to take it bc it only cost a bit less than $3000 to get it wrapped and that would solve the color issue. Logan refused and said there was nothing he could do about it. He then went on to say it was "all of our faults" bc I was sent emails letting me know it had been built ect along the way. I told him I ordered cactus gray when I was in here. Why would I check the email telling me it has been built and it would be shipped soon!!?? (See my order sheet attached). He continued to tell me they couldn't do anything for me and that I didn't have to buy it. I asked if they could put the $3500 they offered me not to buy the truck toward the wrap to get the color right and Logan refused. I even offered to take $2000 toward the wrap thinking, this was a better deal for both of us. Then it became clear they wanted to keep this truck and sell it for 10K over what I was paying for it bc of their lack of inventory. This came straight from my salesman's mouth (Dave albas was my salesman's name. The only one who told the truth at the dealership by the way, Logan was actually upset that he admitted to the error w color) So taking responsibility for an error on their part is def not something your going to find at this dealership. I'd def take the extra 16 mins to drive to Nampa ford. These guys don't care about the costumer. They care about the bottom line. And in this case it was a better deal for them to keep my car then to make me happy and fix the actual problem they created which was the wrong color.

I'm very unhappy with Lithia Motors. Took my vehicle in on Sat. They replaced the same parts I told them I had already replaced. They charged me for that. Told me they were all done. Drove a half mile check engine light came back on. So I took it back. They had me sit and wait in the waiting room for 2 hers. Then they gave me a different diagnosis. All day Monday I kept trying to get an update, but they didn't even start the job. This morning I called again and they told me what they were doing. Well it is now Mon night at 6:30 they are closed now An they still haven't even started yet I am glad my Father isn't alive He worked at Bob Rice for 20 plus years. Until the sold to Lithia.
