Jerrica went about and beyond getting a warranty claim for my couch and helping me transfer my dads that we inherited into our name for future purposes. She needs a raise!! She was working the store floor by herself, and was able to get my issue resolved. Amazing staff member.

Jerrica was absolutely amazing. She truly cares about the customer experience and went to endless lengths to make sure we were taken care of. I don’t think we would’ve gone with LoveSac if it weren’t for her making it such a seamless experience. The customer service didn’t just stop at the store, she made sure we were taking care of from delivery, to set up, to install.

The lending company is extremely predatory and will ruin your credit. The couch doesn't stay together and has huge gaps. The fabric pills and looks awful after a year, and the cushions sag (lovefill). You can feel the back through the cushions. Huge hassle to rearrange and wildly expensive. Wholly disappointed in the entire experience. Would not recommend at all, huge waste of money.

Love the product we own 8 pieces and 3 large pillows all love sac fill! Truly the BEST purchase. After shopping around with many furniture brands Lovesac was a winner! Shopping online is not an option for me as you need a human to help you put together your wants in the brand.

We were in the market for a new couch. We had a very specific size we were looking for. After trying all of the furniture shops in the area we went to Lovesac. Kat who works there was one of the best salespeople I've ever met. She was knowledgeable, kind and listened to what we needed. We ordered a couch with the Harmon Kardon sound system. The couch arrived ahead of schedule and was simple to put together. We have since added a few Lovesacs, blankets and other accessories. We couldn't be happier with our choice. If you are looking for a high end quality couch look no further.

Terrible. DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS!!! Fell apart after just a few weeks of use, and no customer service to help (was on hold for over 30 minutes before hanging up and trying their text option, to which nobody ever responded). Pros: comfortable for a few weeks. Cons: terrible customer service. Falls apart after a few weeks. Overpriced garbage.
