I had my little sister in law with me today and we had picked out about 6 items. They weren’t scanning right and I know that’s frustrating but Mason repeatedly was cussing, dropping f bombs, and made me feel super bad for being there. He seemed bothered and annoyed I was there. I get it man, but the entire experience was weird, and uncomfortable.

I stopped in and was helped by Mason who was extremely helpful always in a good mood. He saw that I was getting my favorite beer and help me get some limes. That’s the kind of service you don’t find anymore.

As a current employee I can say tht i love the environment, and work place. its more then tht my coworkers are my biggest supporters always encouraging, having a great time while working. Customers are amazing, its amazing to see customers come back and greet you. i love it here. My Maverick Family.

2 for $4 Halo Trolli Sour Night Crawlers was the mission. Team member ZION was very helpful and Inhad a pleasant conversation with him while he checked me out.I unfortunately realized while walking out of the store that I FORGOT MY RECEIPT! (You are required to have a picture of your receipt to receive the Halo Infinite Trolli promotion) Luckily ZION was accommodating and was able to look up my transaction and provide me with a receipt! Thanks Zion!!

It would be nice if a 24-hour store actually carried coffee for those that are up overnight hence the reason why a 24-hour store is 24 he's so you can grab things like... Coffee .

I don't like this store not because of the product or anything like that it's management. I come into this maverick a lot and I normally see the same people working but no managers are around. They come and go as they please. There are 2 people in the store right now a cashier and some poor young girl in the back stressing out by herself. This place is not a good work environment. Your employees look tired, depressed and overworked. And ik the management is rarely around to help out. You guys need to step it up. This is the worst work environment I've ever seen. I hope any employees that work here find a better job asap. no wonder you're so understaffed, this place doesn't like to hire people who have special needs. anyone thats an inconvenience isn't welcome here for hire, i speak from experience
