“What a great location. We visited on 5/16/24 and I would say this is absolutely the best visit if you're looking for pop culture merch, especially anime. This is a standard all Hot Topics should aim for. The store was clean and very well kept along with kind and courteous staff. Tiffany was so awesome, she helped me find this One Piece piece paper theater that I've been looking for a long time and I was very stoked to be able to find it. She happened to notice another One Piece item I was buying and suggested it. I wish I happened to get the other associates name that was working there at ~2 because they were great and checked the stock room for us twice with a smile. If you find yourself in the Boise mall, make sure you check it out!”

Since beginning shopping here, I get compliments at work such as “I have a crush on your vibe.” Truth be told, I do not enjoy clothes shopping but Runway makes it easy and dare I say, exciting. “I would just love to say, This buckle is hands down one of the best jeans stores I have ever experienced. I have a 36” inseam with a 27W and it’s hard to find jeans long enough in stores. “I went in to get some shoes for my little cousins cause I'm missing out on their birthdays while I'm away for college, and both of the ladies on staff were super awesome and helpful, they were the manager and the co I think they said. I knew my coudins sizes which was nice, but I wasn't sure exactly what to get, so the staff helped me pick out a nice style for each of them that's been popular and they were super friendly. I gave some ideas of what my little cousins are loving altely, ones a boy and ones a girl, and they had some awesome recommendations and were just super friendly and happy to help. It was an amazing experience, I'd recommend them to anyone and would happily go back again.”
