Been with the company for 8 years. Got a new debit card and it works with every service that I can think of except metros systems. Can't pay online or thru the app can't get auto pay set up or to work with my card. Have called my bank to verify info multiple times and the information I provided is correct. It's been over a month since first contact issue still isn't resolved and insist on charging me the 5 dollars to pay in store. I shouldn't have to pay this fee since metro has already admitted it's an issue on their end. Are not willing to credit the 5 dollars to offset the fee on my account. Great way to treat loyal customers guys. My bill is due today and I'm considering going to another company even though I just picked up the home internet from them. All I e been trying to do is pay my bill without the rediculous 5 dollar in store fee but to no avail

Metro PCS in Nampa by the stinker is great they helped me the lady who helped me was cute but she saved my life getting T-Mobile home internet it works in hotels and motels work good with your gaming console and other Devices u have

The worst store I have been to. They make a mistake and now my sister has to pay for it. I will never return here or any other store that is under the same manager. My sister got a phone on my plan. They rang up the wrong phone. Sisters phone is not working right wanted a different phone. They can't do anything to help out cause they messed up. What a wonderful derful world we live in.i have been a metro person for 7 years and this was the worst experience I have ever had. And now still going through it.

I've always been impressed with the service at this location. I typically purchase my own phone and then need to have my existing service switched to my new phone. The staff have always acknowledged me when I enter and let me know they will be with me if there's a wait.I once went to a different MetroPCS location where I was told my phone wouldn't work with their service - though I knew that wasn't the case. Rather than give up, I went to this location who problem-solved my issue within 5 minutes.This is the only location I go to anymore. I was just helped by Elizabeth who provided great customer service while helping me and another customer at the same time.I used to dread going to get service changes on my phone but not anymore.

My phone stopped working after purchasing it less than 2 months ago. I went to the Orchard location in Boise and there were 5 store associates standing behind the counter. For 45 minutes they stood there and never once acknowledged my existence. Luckily, the store right next door was another mobile phone carrier, so I changed providers. If you want horrendous customer service and excuses, shop at Metro by T-Mobile. If you want quick, professional, and friendly service, try the store next door. Much better.

Look up above at all the 1 star reviews.Yes the $$ for unlimited is great ,but be careful this is a cow field unumbered and listed.So I am a customer and I say with alot of care for people ,do not , Iran it DO NOT GO ON THERE Plan!!I have been taken advantage of and if I could I would curse on the review and give them a zero star.I have been so I happy on how there Custer service is , how they have there store policy.Just this company is messed up , TMobile hasn't even made them better!!

The manager Josh, as well as his staff(I feel awful for not remembering the young man's name) are very helpful and willing to do everything in their ability to assist with making your experience withmetropcs/tmobile as stress-free as they possibly can. They have assisted me with my new account and ability to access it with an ease of mind . I honestly was impressed and grateful that even corporate took an interest in making sure my account was working right and that I received the most out of my plans and services possible and received credit where it belonged. I recommend you visit Metro PCS on Orchard and enjoy great. Customer service and support.
