They sent me to you break it we fix it to replace screen saver. They charged $20. Next day it came off. They said no warranty . $20 to fix it again. This place sucks.

Switching over was a huuuuge mistake!! Your manager at this location (female) was so rude to my husband and myself. She made rude comments under her breath and kept rolling her eyes with every question we asked! Please do better T-mobile!!

I came in with a problem with my phone and they were able to upgrade me for a trade-in at no cost out the door! Zac gave us excellent service and free swag!

This place is my go to any time I have an issue or just wanting to know what's new. I travel from Nampa to the mall just for them. Their customer service is the best! There is always someone greeting you when you come in and the Manager there is the nicest person you'll meet. He is Bilingual and that just ROCKS!!! The staff is young but so filled of knowledge on what they do. I highly recommend this store for all your T-Mobile needs.

I had a wonderful experience from the second I entered the store. The employees had the chance to great me while the store was packed and comforted me in the fact that there was going to be a wait but they were on top of my request. The employees had a remarkable ability to push past my expectations of bad small talk, to a more pleasant and personal conversation regarding my phone troubles. Leaving the store I felt like I made a good decision to come in for help. Thank you for the support!

Had a great experience with Mikey and Reese. The helped me get into the phone I was wanting and also got me into a watch. Very detailed in their explanations where I felt comfortable taking the deal. Definitely coming back to this location!

Great customer service, I got what I was looking for without any issues! Upon entering, I believe his name was Austin; but upon entering he greeted me very quickly whilst I was looking at the display phones. I was searching for a new iPhone so once I mentioned it, he pointed me in the right direction. I was able to purchase my new phone, and new service quickly and smoothly!

I got a new phone the other day with a new line. The salesmen were so nice. I wasn’t confused like I was at Verizon ?. I love my new line and all the perks from it. I was helped by Jack and Ashton, or it might have been Zack and Austin.

Was deceived into a higher plan told my bill was going to be a certain amount and then I get my bill two months later and it’s $90 more a month. The manager here is deceiving people. Beware of bad management. Filed a complaint to headquarters. Very disappointed as Tmobile is a great company. Sad to see people like this taking advantage and deceiving their way into putting customers on higher plans when they’re being told their bill is going to be a lot better than it really is.

Only use them if your phone is broken. Don't buy their chargers or anything else there. They tried to charge me 40 bucks for a charger and wall plug in. You can get 2 of both for 12 bucks on Amazon with shipping and no prime. And the ones in the store and the ones on Amazon we're made in the same factory. So they are a SCAM. I love T-moble's wonderful tech help but 40 bleeping dollars!? No! Go to Amazon and get the same thing for way less. And also they will say the ones in the store are better quality but in reality they are the same quality of charger as the 2 you can get on Amazon. Remember 2 cords and 2 plug ins for 12 bucks on Amazon rather than 20 bucks for cord and 20 bucks for plug in.

I worked in the wireless industry for 9 years and I have to say I'm blown away with how bad this store is operated.First off they bring you in with false advertisement (free Samsung Galaxy S23+) retail 999.99. To find out they only give you $700 and say that the promotion is over and yet they still keep the promotion up. Secondly, we ported over 2 phone numbers over from ATT and they say that the plan comes with a third line but they charge you $35 to activate it with out telling you. By the way we don't even have a phone for the third line. This store is FRAUD!!! I will be back to get my money back

This is by far the best T-Mobile store in Boise Idaho. Today I was starting a family plan of 8 people. All of them were coming from different carriers and all needed to keep their phone numbers. Some wanted to buy new phones. It was a process that took nearly 5 hours. All this was possible because of one of the representatives there. His name is Rey and he definitely deserves this shout out. Bro literally skipped his lunch just so he could help us through it all. If that’s not the best customer service I really don’t know what is. Y’all say hi to Rey for me if you ever stop by the T-Mobile in the Boise Town-square mall.

This store was amazing, they did such a good job helping me out. Tiara, literally resolved all my issues in less than 2 minutes. Phenomenal service, we'll use T-Mobile for many years to come.
