EMP ID: CHASEM the worst customer service I have experienced. mentally I don’t think that he is able to work in customer services.Yesterday I went to pay my bill which is $96 and he says you bill is $54 I told him no it’s $96 he said you lucky today we gonna give you discount you only pay $54 I paid the bill and the next day my phone was not working due to past bill I went back today and he was like yeah you still owe like 30bucks something. I was like bro I came here yesterday to pay the whole thing you said no just pay $54 the rest is covered and he said just pay it or leave.

I love the service and customer support but the young workers here were lousy they tried to sell me only thee expensive phones and for 20 mi utes i stood outside trying to get money then i went in and found they had much cheaper relatively good phones for my upgrade plan but they never offered because they just assumed... Rude and then they talked down about metros customer support line when actually they are extremely kind and helpfull all the time. Ive been a customer for almost 17 years coming from california and i do love metro just not this particular dealer store who didnt respect my time this review is meant for the cole and fairview store not Milwaukee.

Was told my screen protector was going to be free if I got a case. I was charged. Don't trust the guy they call their #1 floater. Despicable. Edit issue was resolved I was not charged

I had a problem with links that wouldn't connect. It took a bit of time to chase down the problem but Joshua was relentless and worked until he found the problem it was another app that was stopping the connection. I had this problem for weeks and he found it in about 15 minutes! We just removed the app and it worked beautifully. I had almost given up hope! He took the time and explained everything he did so I could understand. I am pretty tech savvy but this one stumped me.

They refused do do what the corporate number said they should and could to help us. They said it was impossible even though the corporate staff was trying to talk them through it. When the children asked why they wouldn't help us since they were disobeying the corporate staff they swore at the children these people are criminals avoid at all costs!! They should be held accountable for their actions!!! Professionals should have ethicals. When a little girl can't understand why you won't do what metro pcs our service provider is telling you to do. DON'T SWEAR AT HER!! Your terrible business hurt my child!!
