Worst customer service experience I've probably ever had, Charlene was rude and trying to rush through our transaction and tried repeatedly to not help me "your phone is too old" (2022) and, "we don't carry this device" (it's metro exclusive). The folks on orchard were able to help me no problem and we're great. Almost bad enough to get me to switch sp but other than this metro has always been good to me thus far so I won't let one bad apple ruin the bunch

Came here on September 11th to get a new phone because I cracked the screen, I had insurance and an upgrade, apparently didn't matter cause either way it was gonna be $260 according to Charlene the sales assistant that was there who put her name in my contacts, because she thought she deserved a good review. Which she would have got a great review of it wasn't for all the extra unnecessary and rudeness. Let me start with she didn't have a clue as to what she was doing. That was apparent when I told her I needed to get a new phone and put it on the plan I was on and she said that she couldn't do that. I talked to customer service and they said do not let them put me on a new plan or start a new plan. It COULD be done. Ended up having to do that because also according to Charlene she didn't want to talk to customer service because they don't know anything. Ended up having to get a new plan because she couldn't upgrade my phone which should have only costed $25. Couldn't use the insurance we pay monthly for either. And couldn't put me back on the plan I was on even though I had all the information needed to do so. She then put me on a new plan and said that I would have to pay about $200 that day (which made no sense) ended up only having to pay $100 (made more sense and showed even more she didn't know what she was talking about) for the phone and plan and $55 monthly after that. The entire time I'm trying to figure out how to get my phone working and she's looking at my significant other giving him weird looks and then looking at me and giggling which I only noticed because of the nudge from him. so I stopped what I was trying to figure out on my phone which i dont work there...doing your job for you is crazy. To stare at her until she was finished, about 15 seconds later. Once she noticed she stopped. Because she got caught. I'm not the jealous type but when I have to look up and see that, when you have a ring on your ring finger, that was really trashy. Then after that she was a bit rude, continued to tell me a bunch of things that made absolutely no sense after that, and didn't add up, I kept asking questions because it made NO sense and she just kept treating me like I was stupid, which, I'm not the one that works there and doesn't know anything about what im selling. I hand her back the phone and all she does is put her name in my contacts for a review/rating....asks if I can do it, I say k, cause like wtf? I then ask for my receipt and she again treats me like I'm stupid with the tone in her voice and the "already gave it to you..." I laugh and say k, she says k I say k again she says it again, I laugh and say bye she said "mmmm bye" and I just say k again as I'm walking out trying not to laugh because I havent ever heard someone intentionally trying to be rude while saying mmmmbye in Kermit's voice. The fact she was intentionally trying to be rude though I at that point didn't care. I busted up laughing. Anyway and now it's October 3rd and I get a text saying I owe $95 on the 11th for my plan...? Was suppose to be $55 that's what she told me. So went into the MetroPCS on Holly in Nampa and explained to them what happened and what went on and they told me the same thing that I was thinking which was she either didn't know what she was talking about or she didn't care. Told me to just wait until the 11th and not pay the bill for that month and come in on the 11th to get switched back, now the 11th and they are doing what she said could not be done and added me back to the family plan. Asked for my Sim card and if I wanted to put it back in this phone for my old plan which I knew was an option but Charlene told me it wasn't. Turns out I know more than Charlene about phones. And so do sales assistants at other Metro PCs locations. If you happen to go to this location ask for anyone else. . Thanks Metro on Holly for cleaning up that big mess! Professional every time I go there

My friend broke her phone last night so we had to go get a new one today and we went to the MetroPCS off State Street and had James as our customer service agent and he was amazing!! The process was a little frustrating only because of the other company but he was so patient and so sweet and just really helped with everything so thank you very much James!!

James, the customer service guru here, is freaking awesome! Had a big problem with my account and he took the extra time and energy to help me out and make sure everything was fixed and working the right way! If you want to give him a raise or promote him he definitely deserves it!

Had to call customer service while here and I believe his name started with a J...customer service hotline took forever but thanks to his help we got through it and got what needed to be done! ?

Maree, the store manager is on point. She is the only person who helped out and went above and beyond when customer service and every other employee I spoke to at 3 different locations just gave me the runaround.

I came in to this store this evening,(11/11/2022 @ about 5:45pm) Michael(big ole glorious beard!)to get a plan with them as well as a screen protector. I cannot praise him enough for all of his help and kindness and endless patience with me while I fumbled with my old phone.
He figured out which plan would be best for me since I use it for business reasons as well as casual. Not only that but he got my phone all activated AND even put my liquid screen protector on for me(I don't trust myself ?.
100/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND hitting them up. Just absolutely stellar service.

Micheal was patient and helpful with everything. He offered all options available to us and answered all of our questions. he went above and beyond and I give him a 10/10 on everything. If you want great service go see Michael at T-Mobile on Glenwood and State street in Boise- he's the Dukie and we will defiantly recommend him to our family and friends!

Worst metro ..store ever... Absolutely no custermer service . came into return car charger i bought on sunday. Was told to come in today to return. Or would have ruturned same day.. Instead i was verbally assaulted . . bye a young disrespectful young punk. Who got me so upset . i just left charger and receipt on counter. And going dispute charges.. Filing a corporate complaint. Probably switching to att after this..straight garbage working. At this store for employee working monday 3rd
