Super helpful. I had gotten a scan prior to going in so we knew exactly what was wrong. And when I suspected that I may have actually caused the damage they were able to confirm that I had not done it. It was really appreciated, they're so nice

I hope Midas will accept responsibility for my g'daughter's $1300 repair. They hit a sparkplug with her ball joint repair, and driving over Horseshoe Bend Hill her car stopped.
