I didn't have a ton of time to find a place to rent due to limited rental options in my area amd Morgan was great to work with. The move in process was pretty painless. Since moving in, there were some minor maintenance issues that needed to be checked, and they have been addressed promptly.

So far the first few weeks have been great, the process for getting approved was easy and smooth, the property management is very responsive and i enjoyed finding such a great deal on an apartment so far i recommend this property management company affordable and kind folks.
