Norco Medical provides excellent customer service and first-rate, prompt home service. The staff is incredible, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, thoroughly answering all questions. They are known for adjusting appointments to serve customers in a timely way. Employees explain everything in clear, easy to understand terms and assist with fitting and ordering the correct items, including navigating insurance coverage. The service is exceptional, with same-day care for urgent needs. The experience is consistently lovely and positive, with a great showroom and a great location in the Meridian/Boise area. The staff are true assets to the company, creating a sense of being beyond helpful and truly interested in following through.
