If you like spending a ton of money on clothes go here. The men's section was pretty bleak. It was just a bunch of polo stuff, Ralph Lauren. Everything was kind of lame but expensive.
Picked up some nice hokas though and they were 60 bucks off so that's decent.

Kamelia was incredible. This was my first time shopping at Nordstrom, and I carried in a huge box of suits with another suit on top and she actually took the initiative and approached ME (I didn’t know that I looked like someone taking returns back!) yet she came right up to me and said “I think you need my help” but actually, I was there to buy clothing and replace the suits (a win for her). She is extremely knowledgeable and a true expert in the business. I am so impressed that I have chosen to leave this 5 star review.

They sell used shoes as new. Be careful when buying shoes here. It’s gross!

Went in to get pants, a pair of shoes and belt. The cashier was very polite and helpful. Unfortunately, the manager with the nose ring was one of the most unpleasant human beings I’ve ever encountered. Her condescending attitude was appalling. I asked if there was a possibility of giving an extra discount for the already worn pair of shoes that I wanted to purchase. She snarkily replied “we are a discount store and I can’t discount. That’s the policy.” Obviously I am aware you’re a discount store… I’m also aware that the manager has the override codes and can manually adjust the price on any item in the store. Thank you for making this the last time I will shop at the Boise Nordstrom Rack.

As a longtime Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack customer, I’ve always appreciated the quality of service and merchandise the brand is known for. Unfortunately, my recent experience at the Boise, Idaho rack store this evening was such a letdown that it genuinely threw me for a loop.
I sought assistance for an item less than $100 in a case and was met with a dismissive attitude, provided instructions to walk around by staff and they would seek me out in store. I loitered around the area of the case, spent an additional 25 minutes in the middle of the store (It was not busy during this time frame, there was no line up at the counter) waiting for the staff member to follow through as told. After waiting around for 25 minutes, I decided to stand in line, check out and ask for the item again once I got to the cashier.
I noticed the dismissive staff member was working behind the counter folding clothes and was hoping she would recognize me once I got up to the counter. I asked for the item politely again and told the cashier and the dismissive staff member what it was that I was wanting. I was met with genuine irritation by the dismissive staff member, so I politely pushed back, since I was already at checkout and had followed the process as instructed.
Instead of support, another employee stepped in and spoke to me in an even more dismissive and rude manner and told me I would need to step away from checking out and walk back to the case again for the item to be retrieved. At this point, I am in complete shock, I genuinely felt bad for the cashier, who handled the checkout professionally and I decided at that point not to purchase the item in the glass case, and to just leave with the items I had in hand.
I completely understand that everyone can have a bad day—retail work is not easy, and I respect that. But at the end of the day, it’s the employees who represent the face of the company. Regardless of what’s going on behind the scenes, customers should still be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism.
I would rather pay for shipping online for this item and the inconvenience of waiting for the item to arrive (or frankly just pay twice the price from a local competitor) than be met with the unprofessional, terse service I was given today.
A bit of kindness and attentiveness goes a long way in retail ladies (It's what Nordstrom is known for!) and would have made this customer's day. Disappointedly soured in Boise.

I love this Nordstrom's Rack. It has the best finds. It's clean and organized and everyone is so helpful and friendly. I've also used it for online pick up and returns with ease.

Bought a new pair of slacks saving $65 . New Birkenstock also. Great markdowns throughout the entire store. Restroom was spotless.

You can find some neat things here. But organized it is not. Feels like it’s always ransacked. Somethings are priced great, other items seem way overly priced. $156.00 for a pair of children’s new balance shoes?
