Great customer service. Jared helped me find the frame I was looking for that wasn't on disolay. He also let me try on the frames fresh from a new box and explained how they work with prescription. So many cool options to pick from.

Emma and Anthony were total rockstars yesterday helping me submit my order for the new metas. On three different occasions Emma took the time to help me explore all the options and finalize my decision. It was a complicated order because of my prescription and color/lens preferences. I would not have been able to order it online. They went above and beyond and made it happen in store. Super personable and knowledgeable about the product options even though it a brand new product. They were determined to get me the exact set of glasses I was hoping for. Definitely the people to go see if you’re looking for HSTN Metas, especially with a prescription involved.

Emma was fantastic to work with. She is very knowledgeable and efficient. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes which is a new record! In the past at other retailers it would take hours to order one pair of RX glasses for my daughter. I highly recommend checking out Oakley for anyone needing RX glasses!

Jordyn, the sales person, was very knowledgable. She knows her product. I purchased cycling glasses with the lens that she suggested. The product is warranted and guaranteed.
