They shared their expertise based on what I was looking for, setup several extended demos of different chairs, provided any fabric swatches I requested, quoted me several different configurations, and were extremely patient and understanding with all my questions (and indecision) before finally settling on the chair I wanted.The whole team was fantastic to work with which tells me they have a top notch culture in place.
