Went in the store to buy supplies and make 1 copy of a military document. Staff was very unhelpful. Told me I had to use self serve copier. Told them I didn't want to use my credit card to make 1 copy but I tried to Anyway. Copy machine said I didn't have an account. Went back to customer service and they told me $2.50 minimum. I'll never shop there again.

Above and beyond customer service! I called this location for help troubleshooting how to format what I need printed. I had tried going through printing services online and was unable to customize to my needs and didn’t know what else to do so I called. Paul answered my call and was very friendly and offered tips and suggestions on how to get the print job done how I wanted, and ended up offering to figure it out himself if I just sent over the photos I wanted printed (double sided, two per page). He handled it completely for me. I am so over the moon thrilled and relieved to have this taken care of, Paul deserves all the praise in the world! Thank you, Paul!

I was in town for my son's wedding and had several items to print for the rehearsal brunch. Frank and his staff went so out of their way to help me, offering the best way to do the job, printing needs, help with technology, and most of all patience! The customer service we received could not have been of higher quality!

AMAZING staff! Had a bit of trouble printing a document and Paul did a great job troubleshooting with us. He ended up finding a way to get the document to print after we were all about ready to give up. 10/10 would have printer troubles here again.

I came to this store to figure out the sizes of a notary stamp, and the workers REFUSED to help me figure out the sizes. They did not bother to help me with anything of the sort. I came to this store to ask a simple question and figure it out, but they flat out ignored me, acting like I wasn’t even there as if I was wearing an invisible cloak. And when they finally had the courage to show me the sizes, they made me do the customization “on my phone,” they said, and did not bother to help me on any step of the way. They just had me do it all on my own as if I was a professional on these kinds of things. I’m calling corporate as well on Misty. She clearly can’t seem to do her job correctly enough. I don’t even know how she was hired. Doesn’t seem all that helpful to me. I wish I could give this store 0 stars, as it doesn’t even deserve a singular one.

This was supposed to be more convenient and cheaper instead it was complete inconvenience and cost 3 times the amount it was to do the original job we had done. Employee printed my copy on the most expensive paper without asking and seemed to not care when brought to his attention. Not pleased with them and I should have stayed with Staples

As a small business owner, I am thoroughly impressed with the employees at the Franklin OfficeMax. This was my second time coming into this location. Both times I have had the privilege of working with Ariel. Very impressed with her knowledge base and ability to help me so quickly. Amazing customer service!! Highly recommend.
