“100% totally trustworthy! I was on a long road trip, headed from Washington State to South Carolina, when my Blazer sputtered to a stop on the highway, just as I entered Boise. After calling around to a bunch of shops, I stumbled upon ATS. Talking to Mike on the phone, I felt immediately calmed. He fit me in as soon as they opened on Monday and him and his crew spent 3 hours checking every detail, to find the trouble. Turns out, there was no trouble! (I have a sensitive cruise control computer that doesn't like quick elevation gains.) Instead of finding something to charge me for, when there really was nothing wrong, they asked for a small diagnostic fee and sent me on my way with great peace of mind. The car drove smoothly for the 8,650 miles I traveled in the next 5 weeks. I am so grateful for ATS! If I lived in Boise, these guys would be my go-to for all car needs. They are super honest and just all-around good people.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Ruben and his team. They do good work, they’re super transparent, and so far all the repairs they’ve done for me were completed same day. They not only address whatever problem you brought it in for, but they do a full bumper-to-bumper inspection. The software they use for that is really cool. I got a link texted to me that contained the whole inspection report with pics/videos of anything and everything that they thought required immediate attention or could possibly require attention down the road, along the price of each action item. On each of the quoted items you simply click accept or deny, and within a matter of minutes, they are moving forward with whichever repairs you authorized. It was such a fast, efficient, and transparent way of quoting out suggested repairs for me. And I love the peace of mind of knowing that they had looked over every aspect of my car.
The one time there was some follow up work needed on one of their repairs, they got me right in and took care of it, free of charge.”
