Excellent olive oil and olives, and good customer service. My main issue stems from odd reward system. Let me back up though....there's 2 ways to buy olive oil there - you can just buy it sealed in a bottle, or you can bring your old empty bottle and they will fill it with olive oil (cheaper version of course, because you're recycling your bottle/cork essentially and they don't have to seal it). It's a bit of a hassle to drain all the remaining olive oil from it, then throughly wash it and let it completely dry out (water and oil don't mix), which takes longer than one might think. Plus if filled too full, the cork may pop out unexpectedly, potentially creating an oil mess in your car. Anyway, I thought it might be worth it to save $3 a bottle. However, turns out you don't get points when you buy just the olive oil and bring your bottle, only if you buy brand new sealed bottle, a fact that I wasn't aware of initially. Their reasoning - you either get the points (new bottle) or discount (refill)...The issue is it is NOT a discount, because that's something that eats into companies profit by lowering a retail price (lets say for sale). I talked to several people about it and they all agree. So I feel like it's unfair, because in either case you ARE BUYING/PAYING FOR their olive oil, but in one scenario, you're not paying extra $3 for the bottle/cork/sealing process. If you have rewards system in place for olive oil, then just reward them. So then I looked into this point system...looks like for each regular good size bottle you buy you get 2 points, and if you get 24 points (after 12 bottles), you get a free one worth $21. So if you decide to pay extra $3 a bottle to save yourself the hassle, after "wasting" $36 for the convenience, you get a free one, so your cost is only $15...essentially a bit over a dollar extra per bottle. For me, that's going to be a way to go, especially since I plan on keep coming back. I just hope they will challenge themselves to look at this from a different perspective after reading this.

During Veterans day parade has some sorry excuse "We are closed today because our employees had no place to park". If a veteran walked 2 fricking blocks to do business with you but your lazy a$$ owners couldn't walk that far to open. That says that you don't appreciate what my brothers and sisters fought for you to be lucky to have a business In a free country. Good luck. I am suggesting Olive N vine as they don't make poor a$$ excuses on why they can't walk to work.

Bought some olive oil from here and honestly not impressed for the quality and price (over $35 for 8ml of oil really?! That's half a water bottle worth) I've spent time in California and Italy and this place ain't it. Don't think I'll drizzle healthily again anytime soon.

I’m addicted to their oils and vinegars. Nothing from the grocery store compares. Takes my salads and cooking to the next level. My family is always raving about the tastes. Love that I can bring my bottles back for refills. The staff is great at making recommendations.

Was randomly walking by and think I discovered a gem with this store. Pleasant folks behind the counter. Great smells in the store. Picked up a set as a gift for a family member who promises to let me sample. Looking forward to it.

Many oils and vinegars to try out ($2 per person for tasting). The staff are really friendly and chatty - we are from Texas, so it was really welcoming - reminds us of the southern hospitality! We left with the dark chocolate balsamic and the umeboshi plum white balsamic vinegar. There were so many other good options to choose from!
