BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! BY ALL MEANS DO NOT USE THEM. Check GOOGLE, YELP AND BBB. I'm surprised they are still in business. 2019 we were sold on their flat rate for 9 years, for cell service. It would save a lot of money. That rate went up and ended up as monthly rate, and that rate continued to go up. The service was spotty. They said we were paying under the business plan with AT&T where our service would take priority with connectivity. With the sucky service when you called AT&T business, they never heard of One Wireless World. When I called them back I was sent on another goose chase with the "right" number and SURPRISE !!!! They never heard of them either. They e ended up stopping the service without notifying customers. The woman who sold us on the potential of their promise felt sooooo bad.

This is not a legitimate company! Do not waste your time or money. I had ordered their service and the SIM card they sent did not work. I tried multiple times to contact them with no response. Just absolute BS! I doubt I will even get my money back. SCAM!!!

I have literally only had this internet for 2 days and I HATE IT. Customer service is HORRIBLE! can't get anyone on the phone. I can't believe this company is still in business. the crazy part is I didn't even want internet with this company. the original company I wanted services from just signed me up with a 3rd party company without my knowledge! not to mention now I'm under a one year contract with them! cancelling would cost me over $200!!! ugh please dont get fooled like I did.

Poor service and poor customer service. Use them if you have to I guess but you should switch and soon as anything else is available

These guys took over a crooked scheme company called Ruby 9 who promised a lifetime fee of $300 for unlimited service. Yeah, my bad on the whole "If it sounds too good to be true", BUT, while One Wireless World did save us from catastrophe in taking over Ruby 9, seems they're not much better on the integrity side of things. Today they emailed all their AT&T customers (that they resell the service to) at 4:30pm PT saying we needed to hurry and move our accounts TODAY b/c they were discontinuing their business with AT&T due to diminishing service issues (and we might lose our numbers if we didn't act swiftly). After calling AT&T and talking to a seasoned employee of over 15 yrs with the company, looks like One Wireless World (Impact Wireless) is likely more at fault and it's actually AT&T kicking them out rather than the other way around. Don't do business with these people. They're trying to work the system and have no problem taking you down with them.

This is a non bias review of One Wireless World. I also was one of the people that was a part of the one time payment of I think it was $300 to get a sim card for a couple years. I was very excited about the probability of making one payment and having phone service for the next couple years. I like so many other people here was a little frustrated at the fact that this changed along the way. I looked at it as something that was really too good to be true, but took a chance on it anyway. When they came back and stated the terms changed I was disappointed to say the least, but again really, one payment for 3 to 5 years of service (Really?).The company came out and explained in great details about what happened and why the change took place and offered a different service to whomever wanted to move forward with the service. I don't know, maybe I am such a patient guy and completely understood what was being laid out to the community. So, I stuck with them and moved on with the service they offered.I received my new sim card got it all set up, yes it took a day or two(as I remember), and started the service. My service with this company started in October 16, 2019 and it is now June 2022 and I have had nothing but great phone service and in areas where other companies provider services didn't work.I totally understand when a new company is setting thing up, and getting started things change and it may take some time to get everything smoothed out. Its been almost 3 years of phone service at a decent price and with very little to no interruptions in service during my time with the company, and I have not had to speak with customer service about any problems since being with them. So, if there are no other satisfied customers out there and everyone is bashing the company. I am going to be that one customer that will say they did exactly and are still doing great a providing phone service to me. I hope this wasn't too long, I just wanted to share my experience.

Poor service and even worse customer service. They continue to bill me without providing usable internet.

Horrible customer service. Took two weeks after they charged me for the Sim card to arrive and it can unactivated. Sent multiple emails and calls that went unanswered. Definitely stay away. They take your money and run.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. The experience we had with One Wireless World makes me wonder if they are running some kind of scam. Scamming customers and the big telecoms by handing out unlimited data SIM cards that you can’t find anywhere except through them.If you live close to a cell tower in a rural area the service should work well for you some of the time. Most of the time the internet will drop throughout the day, or not work at all for several days. When reaching out to customer service they will respond with a resolution generally within a week or two. Which involves buying a new $350 router that is cheap and outdated. The other is waiting for them to send you a new SIM by priority mail, which takes another 5 days to receive. Then when you get the SIM that they promise will come activated, of course it DOES NOT COME ACTIVATED! So you waste 3-5 more days trying to get customer service to activate the new SIM for you.To all of the 5 star ratings out there, I am willing to bet they are employees, or rated the company after one week of service. There is no way this company deserves a 5 star review. They should be investigated by the BBB.There are a lot of people these days working from home depending on companies like this. And good people are being taken advantage of by companies like One Wireless World and Impact Wireless. Please don’t waste your money people. Look elsewhere

I can’t say enough bad about this bunch. I started out last year with my own equipment and this year they “claimed” that ATT was requiring them to go with all the same equipment and I had to buy a new modem/ router. What a mess. It came with a new SIM card that wasn’t activated then no one would talk to me on the phone. Just excuses and long delays all was ATTs fault. Then the internet connection was constantly dropping out. I sent numerous request for help but only got one answer after waiting weeks. Finally decided enough was enough and found another supplier who had great tech support. I was even given their personal cell number.Don’t bother to waste your time with this supplier. There are too many out there that do the same thing. And ATT and Verizon now offer the same service in lots of their markets.

I use their rural internet sim cards and they get shut off once every two months or less with days of downtime. They do not offer any discounts or refunds when this happens. I have experienced hundreds of dollars worth of downtime at this point and they just blame it on ATT and send a new card which takes days to arrive. If you have any options at all, avoid this company and any others who prey on rural customers with no connectivity options. They simply advertise a service that they can not reliably provide and their "support" consists of ordering new sim cards instead of actually fixing any issues.

Ordered service over a week ago with overnight shipping on a SIM card. Was told to wait a couple days for the card to activate. A week has passed and I still have no service and I have yet to get a response from their customer service despite several emails, sitting in "live chat " for hours, and calling their fake customer service line. Dont use this company!

I got a letter in the mail with a new SIM card in it skating they are changing their service and that when the internet stopped working to put in the new SIM card, which I have the internet still does not work I live in a Royal area I tried calling them no agents are available I email them the response I got wait 48 hours and then put in the new SIM card it's now been six days and my service still does not work and I was charged on my credit card. Extremely disappointed because I had files that need to be transferred on the new year and I just lost the biggest job of the year thanks to their service and not even notifying me of when the interruption was going to be lousy lousy lousy customer service don't even think about using their service cuz they will leave you in the dust.

The service is rubbish stay away - I have worked in telecom for 35 years, so I know the ins and outs of the business. I signed up with OWW to provide internet hotspot service at my ranch, because copper and fiber aren't available. The first 6 weeks it worked like a charm, then one morning it went to a crawl and then totally stopped working. After much badgering, and encountering their auto-response emails "we are currently experiencing an unprecedented number of calls" and auto reply emails, they finally followed up with emailed excuse; after a couple days it worked again. Most recently, on new years day 2021 it totally stopped. I started the process of badgering them again, and they tell me I need a new SIM, got the SIM which they inferred would be activated, "just put it in and that's it" now they want me to wait 48 hours - per OWW"we are at the mercy of AT&T" .
