Make sure they do all their due diligence BEFORE EVER USING THIS COMPANY. Approved for a loan one day, let's get you scheduled for paperwork, etc. Took time off work to go in but wait, there were more questions the next day of the appointment because she couldn't remember or forgot to take good notes, and now I can't get "you there because of some algorithm and her mistake in her input, oops" Not at ALL recommended - be wary - be careful!!Sent a reply to "Their response/reply" haven't heard a thing - crickets...

Customer service was outstanding she answered every question I had I was able to borrow more than I assumed. And the close out was very easy had my money deposited into my account within couple hours of signing. this is my second time taking a loan from one main financial and I don’t have any complaints. Besides that the interest is a little to high but hey when you need a extra little cash sometimes you gotta pay that extra little interest. ☺️

Be ware, I was looking for a small loan and the rep tried to use credit information from almost 20 yrs ago to justify not granting a loan. Not only are they at fault for wrongful loan practices but so is Equifax for keeping credit information on file when it's to be deleted after 10 yrs.Unless Onemain can make any legal validation for their wrongful loan practices and why they are the ONLY ONES WHO DO. Then they can be sued. But hey who am I to let anyone on the Fed and state side know what they are doing?

My wife co signed a loan for our daughter in law and she has never been late. Her payments have always been paid on time. She informed them over 3 months that she will be in the hospital for surgery and the insurance was informed to start paying. But yet the staff reported false information to the credit company's. This is the last time we will ever do any business with this company. They don't deserve a star but I had to put one to let people know what kind of business this is. We informed them but they refused to fix their mistakes. Iam going to talk to a. Attorney about this
