Pacific Supply has friendly and civil office staff. The facility has plenty of room to untarp a load, with space to park overnight. However, some inbound delivery drivers report minimal respect for their time, requiring a lengthy process for paperwork. Drivers are made to untarp and unstrap on the street with traffic instead of in the safer, spacious gated area. Experiences vary, with some drivers always willing to deliver there.
Not sure what the things other drivers were talking about. Office staff very friendly even joked around have plenty of room on the round about to untarp your load without being in traffics way you can park overnight two trucks in front of me and still was only there for an hour and a half.
