Came in to buy my daughter 4-5 pairs of jeans. No acknowledgment. All three young ladies standing behind the counter laughing. I tried to ask for help twice and was ignored so we left.

They didn't send me a pair of jeans I ordered and refuse to send them as well as sent a completely wrong item of lesser value and they won't do anything to refund me or resolve their mistake, unless I mail back the incorrect item they mailed me. I have written 6 emails concerning this, and documenting the missing jeans from my online order, and they completely ignore every email that I sent them and refer back to mistaken item. They are thieves and completely incompetent and I would not trust giving them any money.

Overpriced, bad customer service and false advertising. We shopped shorts for my niece and found a deal that said “Buy one, get one half off”.. it was the very first display in front when you walk in where there were shelves of Levi’s shorts.
These were priced at about $60 each, which would make it $90 for two shorts. When we were checking out, the total came out to $120+tax. When we mentioned the deal that was on the sign DIRECTLY WHERE THE SHORTS WERE AT, the cashier said “that deal isn’t for those shorts”… so what deal is it for if there’s nothing else on the display where the sign is at??
Anyways, got it from the Levi’s store on Amazon for $78. We’ll be returning the ones we bought. Never buying anything from PacSun again.

What a sight for sore eyes this tavern is for weary travelers. I set out on a quest for this establishment many a fortnight ago after hearing praise for their threads and silks. The workers of this fine threadery provided their insight and wisdom as to which cloak a wizard like me might require for my travels. If you have an inkling or desire for fine threadery please pay this establishment a visit.

Took my excited 12 yr old daughter to go shopping at Pacsun and this employee was so bothered that people were in there shopping. She was rolling her eyes repeatedly and huffing and puffing while straightening a rack. Left without buying anything due to her attitude. Who does your hiring?! Stop hiring rude brats.

Went shopping at Pacsun on 8/19. I Was waiting in line to checkout and I waited for about 5 minutes while 4 employees were all standing behind the register laughing and talking. I believe one of them was a manager and he finally stopped talking and waved me up. He didn’t say a word during the whole process and when I was done I told him to have a good day and he ignored me. I then got home and realized the security ink tag was still on the item I purchased and he didn’t remove it. It was super annoying that I had to go all the way back to the mall from my home about 25 minutes away just to get this tag removed because a manager wasn’t paying attention. Terrible service.

Went in there today when there was barely any customers. I was purchasing one shirt and the girl shook my item in my face for me to grab it while I was taking my card out of the reader. Then did the same thing to my receipt. Very unprofessional and very disappointed, probably will never be back.
