I didn't do this review in the first place, however if I were to say anything about peasley is they have an amazing friendly professional staff who truly cares for their customers. I know this because my husband Danny Hamrick works here and every single person did their best to move things with care and in a timely manner and they care about your needs as a customer. If you need a consonant to move you I promise you that's are the guys you want! And after looking at Google. Com I don't see any review. Just on my maps so I'm not sure what happened here but the one I give has been adjusted and corrected to what I feel the company deserves.

I'm completely unimpressed with this company and the workers Thank God when we fired them another company came to the rescue got us packed in one day when we made reservations for them ( peasley) to pack us almost two months in advance . Showing them each thing they would need to do and getting quoted all the sudden the day they come to pack after canceling our two day moving and packing they give us one day show up and do not want to work at all completely rude , walking around telling us what they won't do after being quoted over 18,000 dollars and told to pack it ourselves! With our move day a few days away and nothing to stop it . We were totally astonished. When we complained about what was going on the guy who quoted us started raising his voice and insisting we didn't show him all the stuff needed done ... yet it took us a half an hour to show him and point out complete areas . They tried to upcharge us thousands of more dollars and still telling us to pack it ourselves! We asked the 60 , 70 old woman they sent to pack us btw a 3 bedroom two car garage house and they didn't even bring all the supplies needed we asked them to at least get the glass and pictures done today panicking but was in our paper work they would do and they litterally huffed and said we are leaving and took off ! Two days before we were completely supposed to be out ! So I guess they figured take advantage of a family of 5 in a crazy economy with our backs against a wall to try to get even more money and not want to even work for it ? Thank absolutely God another company felt pity for us locally and did it all for almost 50 percent less than them ! And was totally lovely to us kind efficiently packing each and every thing within one day ! I can not stress enough I wouldn't trust any part of this company or it's workers who litterally didn't even have any manners or customer service and to be quite honest are liars and lazy ?

Great movers, poor experience. My daughter had breakables in a box that seemed just thrown in the truck. An office desk was damaged beyond repair and they lost some parts rendering my entertainment center worthless. Then their claims process was a joke. Really? I have to print a pdf, fill it out, and send back? I don’t have a printer. An email/fillable form isn’t available? Pretty convenient.Very good individuals doing the lifting, probably underpaid. But I expect better for $2000+.

Very disappointing experience. Several of my furniture items are chipped, scratched and broken. Inexperienced staff with little care. By disassembling and reassembling my basically new king bed they stripped all the bolts and were dishonest by not owning up to it before they charged us. My husband spent hours replacing every single bolt by hand. Some will never come out, making it impossible to fully disassemble again. We were only given $200 to "cover" at least a thousand dollars in damages. My advice- Pay a couple hundred dollars more for a more well known business!

We have moved many times in our lives, some local and some across the country. Peasley was by far the worst movers we have ever experienced. During construction of our home, we had Peasley move and store most of our household goods and furniture. The original packing and moving crew had a foreman that was outright rude and condescending. We came close to kicking him out of the house. There were several pieces of furniture that were brand new, and we asked them to take great care. That didn't happen. When the items were delivered, they were damaged. The cause of the damage was clearly poor handling of the items. We have a wood recliner that has survived about 6 moves without a scratch. Peasley damaged that. Many items that were packed were broken. The fabric on our sectional living room couches had greasy marks on each of the sections. In all, we had several thousands of dollars of furniture either soiled or damaged beyond repair. For this, we received $383.00 on our claim. We had place several items in an area with instructions that they not be taken. While we were not watching over everything, those items were taken and put in storage. It took two weeks to get some of it back. We had to purchase luggage because we needed it right away. This was the worst moving experience we have every had. I would not recommend them to anyone.Services: Senior moving

One of the worst moving co. experiences I've ever had. Had a pickup scheduled for 6/25. Explained that I am on chemo & need addl Covid precautions. Moving truck arrived with 3 unvaccinated and unmasked movers. Called Peasley office to tell them that I did not feel safe with this crew bc you know I'm on chemo. Dispatcher yelled at me about how the vaccine is 'poison' and then as I was on the phone with her the moving van just pulled away. I was less than a week away from moving cross country. I tried to reschedule the pickup and discovered that they literally have zero vaccinated movers. They finally put a team together one week later of men in their 50s and 60s apparently all front office guys. What I didn't realize is that the one-week delay meant my items didn't get picked up until three weeks later--two weeks after the original date. I checked in often to get a delivery estimate and was told they would arrive on or before 7/20. On 7/19 I contacted them again to ask what time the items would be delivered and then I was told they had just been picked up to travel cross country and there was no delivery window. I finally tracked down the local moving company doing the final delivery and they couldn't fit me in until mid-August. On top of the delay, I had to extend my storage locker rental and find an accessible airbnb for me and my dog past 7/21 but had to do this with one day's notice. I'm disabled and these extra costs are killing me. Also, my own furniture is accessible to my disabilities, and includes a lot of assistive devices. It is almost impossible to find an accessible Airbnb rental in general. I had to pay the local moving company an extra $400 to have my items delivered before I go out of town. Did I mention I'm going through chemo? Please don't patronize this company. Attached is a copy of the email setting my original delivery window. This was hell. I've asked them to help me pay for the unexpected costs and they gave me a 1800 no for Allied claims. And by the way, my $500 desk is destroyed.

We are a business that was shipping product from our supplier to our clients peasley was the middleman to deliver to our clients on our last delivery the client was missing parts of her product George said they delivered it yet my client said no they did not and they gave her no receipt luckily my client took a picture of the receipt before they left. She sent me a copy after reviewing I could see several items were not checked off checking the items off yet peasley refused to show me the original paperwork . They lost them. Then George got rude and aggressive when I pressed for details . He then said we can never send packages there again. You would think he was the owner.Bottom line shotty shady company. If you want items missing Use peasley transport...

So my wife and I didn't end up using Peasley for our out of state move by they are still getting five stars from us. Peasley is really good for long haul moves, say half way across the country, but we were only moving one state away, which just isn't what they specialize in. I think it was Scott who came out to do our estimate and he was very friendly and professional. He also wore a mask the entire time which we appreciated.Scott was incredibly honest and fair, basically telling us that if we went with Peasley that the price was going to be fairly absurd for our type of move. He even went so far as to recommend another moving business in the area that specialized in the type of move we were looking for. We appreciated his forthrightness where as I feel most companies would have tried to convince us to go with their services regardless. Furthermore, we ended up going with his recommended moving company and had an 10/10 experience. Thanks Scott for being honest and upfront. Sorry we weren't able to utilize your services!
