Our dog is, to put it nicely, very fussy. His breed even has a reputation at most groomers as being challenging and difficult. He happily walks into this place and the staff is always so kind to him and to us about his fussiness. I don’t think I have felt this good about any other groomer I’ve taken him to. I also love that the other dogs, either waiting to be groomed or drying off / waiting for pick up are all out in the open. You can easily see where the animals are being kept and it’s not some secret room in the back where they could be doing only knows what! Also did I mention the staff is absolutely wonderful? I can’t say enough good things. As much as it pains me to write them such a good review because it may make it more difficult to get an appointment if they start to get popular ?, I know they deserve it so it’s worth it

First time seeing Coco to groom my Shorkie, Gigi. She listened and groomed Gigi exactly like I said! Great job! Already booked our next visit.

I got off of my night shift to find that my 1 year old male Siberian cat had had a really bad incident. He had been having troubles with getting poop stuck in his fur and I tried to manage it as best possible, but it wasn’t enough for him. His backside was totally soiled and he had been getting some matting on his haunches. I called all around and explained the situation but all of the groomers were at least 2 weeks out, but my boy needed help immediately. I called Pet Spa and they said they would make time for him if I hurried over. They were very kind and accommodating and I trusted them right away. The area is all open, anyone can walk in and see them working. I saw them handling other people’s dogs gently and I felt better. They called me much sooner than I expected and the price was even less than what was said on the phone, they did everything they could to save his fur from being cut. They let me know that he had developed a minor rash, and even helped me inspect the area myself since I have a hard time handling him alone. They really know how to hold and maneuver a cat! They told me he has something called stud tail, which basically means his fur gets greasy and will tend to mat. I will definitely be bringing him back when he has issues, hopefully before it gets to the point of a rash. He smells amazing, and they even gave him a little green bow tie. I thank the staff for helping me on such short notice and the great work that they put into grooming my cat.

Could not be more grateful for the crew at Pet Spa and Grooming! My dog happily goes through the door, greets the team and goes to his kennel. He always leaves incredibly clean, groomed as we asked and so so shiny!! We even come here for nail trims between grooming appointments, which take no time at all! Absolutely recommend Pet Spa and Grooming, you will not be disappointed:)

I took my long haired chihuahua into my dream dog!I have been all over Boise to find the best grooming salon for my boy and this place is it!!I would highly recommend to all of treasure valley.Pricing is amazing and the customer service is even better. I will never go to anyone else

Pet Spa is the best grooming salon I've ever been too. So kind to all the animals even my cat liked it. He was so calm when I picked him up, like a true day at the spa. My Dusty is always soo happy and calm there and they do such a wonderful job on him. Today he had his perfect hair cut and looks gorgeous. I was concerned with it being cold out but he was completely dry when I picked him up and dancing. Love this groomer/spa. It's obvious they love what they do.

Pet Spa is an amazing groomer! We have been going here since they opened. They take great, gentle care of our two dogs and really pay attention to customer wants as well as giving recommendations on grooming that will make your fur babies daily lives better! Highly recommended!

These two are really great....my cat is day blind and 11 years old and does not like her nail cut or her mats on her hair brushed out... I take her in once a month and they are able to safely cut her nails and were able to comb out her mats and suggest a comb I could use myself in the future! I would recommend them highly!!

Amazing! My cat Betty has never had such an amazing grooming! She looks Fantastic! She’s on top of the world today and she smells wonderful too! She’s an older kitty so no one would take her. Feeling discouraged, I called my vet and they recommended Pet Spa Dog and Cat Grooming. I called them and they got me on the schedule for the very next morning. This pet spa had friendly staff, and they were efficient, thorough, fairly priced and took great care with my kitty baby! I highly recommend!

I love Pet Spa all the groomers are super stars. I take my long hair German Shepherd there and they always leave her looking amazing. They are quick, communicative, and affordable.

I highly recommend this place for your pet. Just had my cat groomed there and they are wonderful. You would be hard pressed to find anybody better. If fact it would be a waste of time to look any further.
