Good service. Waiting area has popcorn and a kids' area for them to watch their own tv. Nice showroom with a classic car in it. They must sell a lot of trucks here.
September 2024 update - talked to a salesperson about purchasing a Tahoe here, they told me that they would get back with me to discuss what they could do. That was about three weeks ago, so I think I've been ghosted. Sales has my contact information, from my last vehicle purchase.
9/2025 - I bought a truck here instead of a Tahoe. I still believe that they sell a lot of trucks here.

Had an appointment at 10 am dropped off at 8:30 am and they still never even got it looked at all day so I had to reschedule. Not an easy task when you are busy. When I went back to get my truck they had lost my keys and it took them an hour to find them so I could leave.

Title: Deeply Disappointed – No Follow-Through or Accountability
I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership again. I’ve had two extremely disappointing experiences — not only with their sales department, but especially with their service department, which is where real customer care should happen.
When you spend close to $80,000 on a vehicle, follow-through and quality service should be the bare minimum. Unfortunately, that has not been the case.
First truck:
I had transmission issues almost right away. I got absolutely nowhere with this dealership’s service department, so I eventually took my truck to Auto Ranch in Mountain Home. Within a matter of weeks, they diagnosed and repaired the issue — and even provided a loaner vehicle the very same day I dropped it off. They stayed in constant communication, kept me updated, and had my truck back running perfectly.
Unfortunately, not long after that, something else went wrong with that same truck. I decided to trade it in before the warranty expired, hoping to avoid more problems and give this dealership another chance to make things right. I truly believed my second experience would be different.
Second truck:
Sadly, it wasn’t. My new truck began having serious engine issues around 5,000 miles. I repeatedly told the service department something was wrong, but I was dismissed until the truck went into limp mode — and had no oil at all. They claimed to replace the engine, yet now, before my next oil change is even due, it’s already three quarts low again.
To make matters worse, after the engine repair, my fenders were never reassembled properly. Several bolts were missing and replaced with zip ties. My wheel now rubs against the fender liner — on a nearly new truck.
Maintenance package issues:
I also purchased their oil change and maintenance package, which promises a full fluid top-off, tire rotation, and thorough inspection. On multiple visits, I marked my tires in advance and confirmed they weren’t rotated. Fluids like windshield wiper fluid were left empty, and I honestly can’t say I trust that the oil was even changed. Paying for a service like that, and still having to check behind them, is unacceptable.
I also paid $300 to have my sliding cargo tray reinstalled under my tonneau cover. It wasn’t bolted down, and even after returning to have it fixed, it’s still not done correctly.
Customer service:
Trying to get help has been another nightmare. Calling the service line only leads to an AI phone system that loops endlessly or hangs up. When I finally reached a person, I was transferred and disconnected multiple times. I tried six times in one day with no luck. The only way to reach anyone was to book online — but they were booked out for a week, leaving me with a possibly unsafe vehicle.
The bottom line: this service department does not care. There’s no accountability, no communication, and no effort to stand behind their customers after the sale.
In contrast, Auto Ranch in Mountain Home has been outstanding every time — they answer the phone, communicate clearly, and actually fix the problem, not patch it with zip ties.
Buying a vehicle isn’t just about a great sales pitch — it’s about the service and integrity that follow. Sadly, this dealership has failed on both.

Salesman James Starr and his Manager helped me get a new Colorado at a price that no other dealership could. They were cordial and transparent throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them. I've gotten vehicles from Kia, Ram, Honda, and Subaru and Peterson chevrolet dominated all of them. 10/10.
