I have had Pets Best Insurance for a few years and this year was the first time I needed them. Very easy to complete claim form and extremely quick in sending my credit.

Even though the claim for my dog was sent a month ago by USPS Priority Mail, 3 weeks later Pets Bests requested more records from my veterinarian, before my claim was finally processed! I was satisfied with the monetary payout of the claim, which as of now, I haven’t yet been paid!
