I noticed one of their employees was leaving racist comments on public Facebook groups, so I called to ask where I could send the photos. The girl who answered the phone told me she'd transfer me, then hung up on me.
They hire racists like Miss Myer and clearly don't have a problem with it.
Shop elsewhere. They don't deserve your money.

Don't buy anything expecting a refund. They will come up with any reason to give you a gift card only rather than put the money back on your debit card. They wouldn't give me cash back because it was my husband's debit card and then when he went in on a separate trip: They wouldn't put it back on his debit card because the order was attached to my cell phone number. Absolutely ridiculous customer service.

I really wish there was a PetSmart closer to where I live. Having said that, it appears my girlfriend and enjoy giving petsmart our patronage over the other major pet store. We bring both her Great Pyrenees and my Chihuahua here for grooming. The litter for the self-cleaning cat box, the wet food, the dry food, not to mention toys and treats... brands that only Petsmart carries all of. Yeah, we pamper our pets, but they're each around 200 years old in pet years; they've earned it. Except the cat. Yeah... The cat has been acting 4 years old for 3 years running, but he might be ADHD, so he probably deserves a break, too.
Don't get all PETA on me. I'm clearly ADHD, so I recognize a kindred soul when I see one.

Worst customer service. Yes we got there 7 min before close. There was an accident on the freeway. My son wanted 2 parakeets. Easy. .. took 5 min for them to tell us no that they were closing and to come back. Why be open until 9 if you won't honor that. You're not a restaurant. The person was snarky and rude. The customer service here is always raunchy. Doesn't matter what time you come in
.. the employees seem to hate their jobs..
The federal way petco has awesome customer service. This one... not so much.. not a ..

She was snarky.. just snarky.. I told my son that's not how you should treat customers at your business .
He agreed.
