With more moving scam services online than legitimate, Pods is a life safer. Full price disclosure, excellent communication, wonderful drivers. No one has as well of designed equipment. I am an engineer and it is a near perfect.

Our PODS experience was seamless and all of their drivers so helpful. Cory was awesome - our HOA was being a pain about having to park the POD on the street, and he came back early to pick it up so we wouldn’t get in trouble. He truly went above and beyond! Thank you Cory!

My local facility gets 5 stars but the customer service center you have to call to get anything done is horrible. Twice they have messed up on my scheduling to accessy pod and refuse to do anything but reschedule. I finally stopped calling them and just deal with the crew at the facility. Thank you Boise crew for all your hard work and for the extra effort your I'll ran corporate offices forces you to endur.

We used Pods for a 900 mile move. The experiance was nothing short of exceptional from the initial phone call to the final pickup. The driver who delivered our Pods, he will be forever remembered, he was the kindest person we had ever met.

400 mile out of state move and PODS was great. Always on time when/where needed. No problem accessing my stuff while in storage. Move went better than expected!

It is seldom anymore to experience only positive things with a company, but PODS nailed it! I decided what size of container to use, when it was delivered, when it was picked up, when it was shipped and when it was delivered to the new place. They also stored it at their facility until I was ready. No hassle of loading and driving a big moving truck or finding a storage unit to unload everything into only to reload it and unload it again when I was ready. Plus, I decided how long to take to unload the container. All the pricing was clear upfront with no surprise charges. AND customer service by anyone I spoke with was awesome! PODS really did make moving much easier than I expected!

Before using PODS, visit Facebook's page "PODS must be stopped" before using this company. I can confirm that PODS is every bit as horrible as the examples on that page.

I had to move to Texas while my wife stayed in Meridian so she can finish her high school teaching contract. After researching moving companies, we decided to go with PODS. My wife spoke to our apartment managers to make sure they'd be okay with a POD being parked in a spot for a few days while we get everything packed up and the POD gets picked up. They said it's fine. Well, low and behold, it wasn't fine. All of a sudden they're calling my wife and threatening to have it towed because it's in a spot where there's no parking spot markers (everyone parks there anyway because they're expanding the apartment buildings but not the parking lots). So my wife is freaking out because the POD wasn't going to be picked up until this weekend, but the apt managers wanted it moved the same day they decided to take issue with it. We spoke to PODS and they helped us out by going pick it up the next day and the apt managers were okay with that.
