The worst. They’re never open during business hours. Wednesday morning 9:20 am: Doors locked, no one answers the phone. I don’t know why this place exists. Go to ups drop off on Gowen instead.

Terrible. They are NEVER open when they say they are going to be. And if they are and you need something like a notary, that person isn’t available even though it lists that as a service on their website. I avoid them completely now after coming from Mtn Home to get passport photos done and they closed an hour before they said they would. Will not be attempting to go to them ever again. I’ve been burned too many times.

Had a great experience shipping a huge unwieldy keyboard. Will use them in the future to pack things in a no-fail manner.

The whole experience was terrible. I came in with my package and the shipping label with its complete paperwork ready. I was in a rush and could not wait. I asked Joseph for a DHL bag so I could pack everything myself snd leave the package with them without a receipt. He ignored me and proceeded with all other customers. I asked again and still got ignored. Overall a terrible experience.

Standing out front says opens at 9am it is 9:40am. Called no answer no machine to leave message. Older lady also standing outside with big shipment. No sign for holiday hours or any notice of reason for not being open. I would not recommend.

They're one of the only spots to drop off DHL packages so we attempt to come here 3+ times a week. I say 'attempt' because multiple times we have shown up during their stated hours, they're not here. They have a common routine of leaving 10-15 minutes early and in todays situation, saw us walking up with packages and still walked to their car over 10 minutes before they were meant to leave.We drive 20 minutes each way to get there, so their inconsistencies can be really frustrating.When you do get inside, prepare for them to voice their frustration with needing to scan items and/or give receipts of drop off. If there were other options, I'd use them. In the meantime, plan on arriving later than their stated start time and we'll before their posted close time.

Posted sign says hours are 9-6 on Monday. They were not open when we stopped by.
