They're one of the only spots to drop off DHL packages so we attempt to come here 3+ times a week. I say 'attempt' because multiple times we have shown up during their stated hours, they're not here. They have a common routine of leaving 10-15 minutes early and in todays situation, saw us walking up with packages and still walked to their car over 10 minutes before they were meant to leave.We drive 20 minutes each way to get there, so their inconsistencies can be really frustrating.When you do get inside, prepare for them to voice their frustration with needing to scan items and/or give receipts of drop off. If there were other options, I'd use them. In the meantime, plan on arriving later than their stated start time and we'll before their posted close time.

Yeah many many times and everything is always so helpful and clean and everybody is so very very nice and gets me on the road and the right track with regards to anything I ever need.

Posted sign says hours are 9-6 on Monday. They were not open when we stopped by.

Having been using these guys for about 6 months now and I have had nothing but fantastic experiences with them and I call and email from outside the US as i'm not from the US. Always quick to answer my questions, get my packages out, and just have been an overall pleasure to deal with them. Super grateful I decided to reach out to them, and very grateful that they are willing to help me!Highly highly recommend the service here!

I use this store regularly to send packages for work to our other locations, and overtime I stop by around 9:30am the doors are always locked and and no one is inside even though the door says they open at 9am. Today I went down to the federal way location as usual around 930 and still no one was there when I came back around 10:15 -10:30 am someone guy was there I asked what time they opened because clearly it wasn't 9 if they are always closed around 930am when I get there. The guy at the front counter was completely rude the entire from the get and it was not appreciated, They have lost my business I will be going else where from now on.

Update: Tried to give them another chance… closed. Original: This location is never open. I have tried to ship items out at various times throughout the day and each time there is a sign that they will be back at X time and still when I wait they never return. Will not be using this shipping locations anymore.

My husband and I used this company regularly when living outside of Boise. We needed to ship a piece of framed artwork to Miami in June, so we went to Postal Annex. The man working that day said he would be sure the framed artwork would be packed correctly and we had no reason to believe he wouldn’t. My husband left the artwork there, paid for the expensive shipping and left it in what he was assured were “good hands”. The box got to Miami and the receiver called us and told us that it sounded like there was broken glass inside. We asked them to cut a hole in part of the box and take a picture. Sure enough, the artwork was NOT wrapped, not cushioned, not packed with any kind of care at all….and the box didn’t even have a fragile sticker on it! It was dropped in the box at Postal Annex with ONE piece of loose cardboard and sent off. The frame, the glass, the print were all completely ruined. We called them and described the issues and either the manager or owner said he would call us back. Nothing! My husband and I have both called the shop and no one answers the phone, no one returns messages…….they are completely non-responsive. They won’t even refund the SHIPPING costs we paid to them! If you have something of value to ship….go elsewhere. This business is not one to trust with anything you want to arrive safely on the other end. They don’t deserve even 1 star, but I had to leave something to post. Shame on Postal Annex….taking people’s belongings and money and not having the decency to take responsibility for their irresponsibility.

extremely poor customer service and lack of communication. Paid a hefty price to have a piece of framed (with glass) art work shipped to Miami. My husband was told the piece would be packed well and boxed to go. The package arrived in Miami and the office called to let us know they could hear broken glass rattling in the box. upon inspection, it was discovered that the frame, limited edition print, glass and matting were ruined. The man who "packaged the artwork for safe shipping" did NOTHING but drop a single piece of loose cardboard in the box. No styrofoam peanuts, no extra bubble wrap, not even the words FRAGILE-GLASS on the box. When we got the package, my husband called Postal Annex, explained the damages, and was told by a manager or owner that they would contact UPS and at least try to get our shipping costs refunded (though the blame for the damage was on the employee who said he would package the piece to protect it) When we didn't hear from him after several weeks, both my husband and I called and left messages to follow up on 2 separate occasions. The phone wasn't answered, and no one returned our calls. To this day, 2 months later, we've gotten not ONE call from them. If you have anything you want to ship and you care about it, do NOT trust these people with your package. They dont even have the courtesy to respond when a customer has invested hundreds of dollars in shipping things with them.

My niece went into Postal Annex needing to ship a package to family in Mexico. She does not speak a lot of English, but Joseph kindly helped her throughout the process using Google Translate. Thank you Joseph for being so kind, helpful, and going above and beyond for us! :)

I pay for a virtual mailbox here for personal and business mail.Today, for the third business day in a row, they were closed unannounced. I have multiple critical business packages that could not be delivered for the third day in a row because this business is not open during its published business hours. This is causing my business unnecessary hassle and is wasting my time.Do not send or receive any critical items through this business.Edit: now a 4th day in a row that UPS could not deliver my packages because they are closed during their posted business hours.
