When I walked in with my 3 month old baby who was SLEEPING, the two ladies working there told me that they don’t allow kids and kicked me out.

Recently purchased the Parker media console. Also love the quality. I am deciding on a round dining table, that will be my next purchase! It is a little frustrating to have such a long wait for furniture but once it is received, it's worth the wait!

I am strongly suggesting not to shop at Pottery Barn for the following reasons. They let their subcontractors drive their business model and their customer satisfaction. They make no accommodations to the customer to ensure they provide timely service. Customers pay a premium for the products provided by this company and are required to wait for delivery long after original due date. POTTERY BARNS subcontractor damaged a chair I was supposed to receive in December 2022 and now they are stating I won't receive a replacement until April 2023. How am I being treated? When I called they didn't tell me it was damaged and I called customer service six times and they said they couldn't help me. In fact, they agreed to call me back and many times did not, including a manager. Really?!? Is that a good business model for a company? Anyway, I'd rather work with a company that does not use their subcontractors as an excuse for poor service and is open and honest with their customers. Very dissatisfied!

FORGET about making an online order for very expensive (overpriced?) furniture. Three months later and no indication when I will receive order. Bad business model.

Unbelievable. I paid over $500 for shams and a quilt to find out it’s made in China. The thread is already coming out. This is not what they advertise on their website. Buyers be aware.

I have learned from past experience that typically more expensive furniture holds up well and is more comfortable. Not this time. We ordered a small sofa and a chair from Pottery Barn, and they were NOT cheap. After we finished the order, we were hit with a $300 delivery fee. We had ordered a red couch and since they are hard to find we went ahead and paid for the delivery. It took forever to get the furniture, and when it was scheduled to be delivered, it didn’t come! They had called to set up a delivery, but it was a no show!!! In fact, I had to set up the delivery day six different times because they would set it up and not come or inform me that they did not have my furniture. They did not know where it was. And we paid $300 for this. I kept wondering why they are setting up a delivery when they don’t know where my furniture is? Now that we have the furniture I have to say that I am not impressed. It is not very comfortable like other sofas I have had in the past. The cushions are very soft and I am constantly having to push them back underneath the back pillow cushion.I would never ever ever buy furniture from pottery barn again. What an expensive disappointment.

In the most inconvenient spot in a dead mall. Wish I truly wish they were somewhere else and I would come more often. Also, when I go, it’s usually to replace or return something and every time I am asked instead of ordering online to call them so they can place the order. I would do that if the store moved because I would come in to buy some things along other items.

8 months later, FINALLY had my chair and ottoman delivered…bought at the store locally and never, ever, not even once did I hear from the local store about the delivery delays for my order…got exactly ONE e-mail from Pottery Barn with an update on my order and then not a thing after that. Will never shop there again.

Sales associate disappeared in the back looking for down pillows. Two more sat gabbing with each other as I found multiple beautiful items to buy. Too bad no one wanted to ring me up or help the poor girl in the back. It's OK, there are plenty of other places!

Like others, our pottery barn experience has been awful. They were glad to quick take $6000 when we ordered our full bedroom set. After that it’s been nothing but horrible customer service. Initially it looked like our order would only be a week or two late, given the supply chain issues we were understanding of that. 3 weeks after the initial delivery estimate we get a notice that our whole order is on a truck heading to our house for delivery. Not needing two bedroom sets I sell my original set the morning of our pottery barn delivery. PB truck shows up and all the unload is two small boxes and half of a bed frame. The two guys say they have no idea where the rest of it was, to be fair they were so high it could have been right in front of them and they wouldn’t know. I was promised a call in the morning from someone to figure my problem out, well no one ever called, in fact over 6 weeks I’ve spent 12-14 hours on the phone with pottery barn, I’ve been told at the end of each one of those phone calls that a supervisor would call me back… I’ve NEVER received a phone call from them. Now I’ve been sleeping on a mattress on the floor with my clothes on piles on the ground for 6 weeks. I finally got through to a supervisor (you will learn PB customer service is trained to not let you get through to the supervisors, it’s almost impossible) this lady tells me i’m sorry we can’t do anything, you just need to keep waiting. But assured me my entire order is in stock and ready to ship… again.COVID and supply chain issues have put strain on many businesses, how those businesses communicate to their customers is what will keep them going, I sincerely hope that pottery barn does not survive this. Check around online and you will see how many people are having the same experience

If I could give these people a 0 star I would. Initial customer service was great. Follow up on the phone about my order was followed by multiple lies saying I should see it any time. Call Pottery Barn corporate and they too where less than helpful, 8 months now and I'm still waiting on furniture. I would recommend going anywhere but here for any of your needs.
