Tony, Paul and Steve were absolutely amazing. They made sure coverings were put down all over the house to make sure no damage was caused. They worked so hard, were polite and really nice men. I highly recommend this company. They moved us from Seattle to Boise and Tony kept in communication with us letting us know when they would be here. These guys were on time too. In fact they were able to push us up a day earlier than expected. 5 Stars plus for these guys and this company. Sheila and Regan Green

OneRelo was the local agent in Boise for a national moving company. My initial point of contact was Scott Fackrell. The quote I received seemed fair for the quantity of household goods to be moved – especially when compared to surcharges being levied by some other movers.
From the get-go, I was given to understand that my goods would be loaded into a truck and driven straight to our new location in the Midwest. The moving crew reinforced this message on the day our goods were packed up and loaded. SO as soon as the movers left, we headed out to ensure that we could be at the new location to accept our possessions.
In actuality, our household goods were placed into a warehouse and then reloaded into a second truck for the cross-country trip. I observed how our possessions were loaded into the first truck – this was properly done. However, the way that our possessions were loaded into the delivery truck was clearly done with much less care.
Despite numerous calls to our move coordinator, Sarah Hazard, we could not get a straight answer. Our goods were finally delivered2 weeks late – on July 4th. In the meantime, we were sleeping on an air mattress and sitting in camp chairs. If we had been provided with a more realistic ETA, we could have visited with friends and family instead of driving in a rush.
We are definitely very unhappy with how our move was handled. Not just the lack of transparent communications, but also the damage to some of our prized pieces of furniture.

One relo, a Mayflower agent moved my family to idaho few months ago. Awesome crew in Idaho Colton, Morgan and Paul. Rick Rael was my phone contact, he was dynamite and helpful!! Definitely will recommend these gentleman to everyone!! Thank you for the comfortable and awesome move!!

Company is good but the ppl are not, very un trust worthy except one guy I talk to on the phone I belive his name was Scott, that guy was the only one who had a trust worthy demeanor and good work ethic, the warehouse guy Rick was a total dirtbag and so was the guy I think his name was Paul, very shady character right there and the way those two treated their ppl that helped unload my truck were very rude and abusive, I'd hate to work under those guys.

These guys were probably the worst moving company I have ever seen and/or ever used. The were late on arrival to my house. There were only two guys pack my house. Which, I have a large, 4 bedroom house. With a 3 car garage. I had Dave and Ben helping me, and they were rude. They were smoking in my garage, they left trash in my house and I’ve tried talking to their general manager I believe he is, Paul Martinez? I think that was his name, he was not helpful, he didn’t seem to know what he was talking about. And then I spoke to someone else, his name was Rick. And he was also not very useful. I just do not recommend this company. They seem to have no idea what they’re doing.

The movers that came to my house working with mayflower in boise where very very friendly and took care of my items the only reason for 4 stars is my shipment was 14 days late due to a communication issue with the transport company.
