After purchase the store offer comprehensive care with complimentary oiling, lace replacement and convenient access to minor and major shoe repair. Customer team are amazing, incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. True customer service see the friendly, attentive team and willing to assist with any questions. The manager is excellent for warranty work and the store recommend over any brand. The shop is a good variety of boots, leather shoe polish, shoe cloth and other. If leather shoe strings are out of stock the team told cheaper, convenient. The experience is a pleasure and many customer come many times.
I stopped in at Red Wings to get a pair of work boots and Kyle and Chris were amazing. They really go above and beyond for their customers, and I’d definitely recommend stopping by if you need a pair of boots!
