After purchase the store offer comprehensive care with complimentary oiling, lace replacement and convenient access to minor and major shoe repair. Customer team are amazing, incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. True customer service see the friendly, attentive team and willing to assist with any questions. The manager is excellent for warranty work and the store recommend over any brand. The shop is a good variety of boots, leather shoe polish, shoe cloth and other. If leather shoe strings are out of stock the team told cheaper, convenient. The experience is a pleasure and many customer come many times.
Had such a good experience with the staff here. Very knowledgeable and accommodating, I was in there for 30 minutes or so for a first time experience and they were very patient and helpful letting me try out the different insoles. Very happy with the boots š
