The best storage unit I’ve ever had. Husband and wife owners are so pleasant and professional! They don’t raise the prices every 3 months like most places! Fair and clean. So wonderful! If you need a storage unit, it’s worth checking this place out.

I had my things stored here for almost 2 years and would absolutely recommend this place. The staff is friendly and helpful. The site is clean and secure. After a bad situation where I had things left in Boise while living in Alabama they helped me get everything set up over the phone and worked with the person who took my stuff to storage. Payment every month was very reasonable and easy to do online. I appreciate their help and would definitely use their units again in the future if needed

Stored here for years with no issue. No longer needed the unit and cleaned out all my stuff on the last day of the month. Called to cancel the unit and was told thay they couldn't refund me or cancel the transaction in any way. Now I'm stuck paying for a month of a storage unit I'm not using. Be fair with your business practices.

I lost a bunch of my items due to the fact that they have mice at this facility, I went to move my stuff out and everything was covered in rat droppings and urine. I had the bottom of boxes drop out because they were chewed up so bad, I had to throw away keurig machine, tables, clothes. Not fun.
