The rooms are a bit aged and need some maintenance. But I will say, we live here and had to stay due to a flood. The staff here specifically Catie Willis and Christopher Knapp were so kind to us. They adhered to our every need with 5 kids! The manager helped them make hot cocoa. The cleaning lady gave us goggles. The breakfast staff helped us feed five kids in one go instead of watching us trying to plate things. Everyone here is so kind and understanding.It may not be the fanciest place you stay, but it'll feel like you're staying with family for sure which means so much more to me.Nearby activities: Everything is close by

Great service from the front desk staff! Awesome breakfast every day, nice rooms, very nice stay. Thanks for putting up with us rowdy RV guys! Catie at the front desk was awesome!

We are staying in the same room as we did about a year ago, and they haven't fixed anything in the room. The body wash is still ripped off the wall in one of the bathrooms. The tv remote still doesn't work, and there is no lock in the other bathroom.

Rooms show a lot of signs of wear and tear, including that the door handle and keypad was completely disconnected from the door. I don't recommend this hotel.

Good, professional staff at this Marriott location. Rooms are a bit dated, but still ample room and super for business travelers.

The rooms were spacious and well kept, and the customer service was amazing. My mom accidentally left some medication in her room because we were rushing to leave, and the hotel staff helped us get it back less than 2 days later. Keep in mind we were already in very rural Idaho by the time we realized the meds were missing!

Place looks great on the outside but once you're in the room and start using things it shows it age. Electrical out let's are worn so phone chargers are hit n miss, beds,especially the hide-a-bed need replaced, sinks have cracks, shower heads put out painful stream. A lot needs repaired and replaced.

Bed was comfy and location is good but oh my....this place is so noisy!!! I was on the 3rd floor and felt like a heard of elephants was walking around at 6am. I could hear everything and everyone around me. Did not get a good nice rest and will not visit again.

Been there twice in the last month. Catie was at check-in both times and was AWESOME... what great customerservice!!!! Great bang for your buck. Breakfast was good. I'd recommend this place!

Seriously talk about bang for the buck! Kerri went way beyond out of her way to accommodate us and make us feel special. When we come back to Boise, we will ONLY stay here! The rooms are a delight, but the people like Joe and Kerri are what create the “WOW” experience. Nothing better than this in Boise!!! Kerri, they are beyond lucky to have you! Thank you!!!

We are visiting Boise for the last 4 years to see our son who is studying at ICOM.This time we decided to stay in a larger rooms and this hotel offered the best option for price and room sizeWe got two bedroom suit, which is spacious and has everything you need for a long stay.What makes us give this hotel 5 star is the staff.For first day we were surprised to see miso soup and rice offered for breakfast.When we asked the lady who is in charge, Brandy, she told us they have Japanese guests staying and she made it for them. Then she continued saying she always try to make her guests, hers, to feel comfortable and at home since they have many international visitors.In all years of traveling all over this beautiful world, never heard anyone say that.Kudos to Marriot, manager of this hotel and to her.Vicky at front desk makes you feel you are at home and every other staff member are right there to make your stay pleasant.Food & drinks: GoodNoteworthy details: Staff

Decent hotel for a Residence inn, but room was very noisy due to a compressor or something constantly starting & running for a few minutes every hour (woke us up). Food selection was good.
