I did a big big mistake and ran my kia soul with no oil and it pit my car into limp mode. I called rich's and they said they'll see what they'll do. My and my buddy pull in and less then 10 mins toke it out of limp mode and made it run great. We were out of there within 15 mins. 100% recommended heading over

I recently had my car serviced by Rich's Auto Care, and the experience was great. I was greeted warmly by the knowledgeable and friendly staff. As someone who doesn't know much about cars, they took the time to listen to my concerns and explained the necessary repairs needed and why, and their fee was reasonable. Glad to have an auto shop I can depend on.

Let me save you some headache, don't waste your time and money here. Go to a AAA certified ASE certified shop. Those shops usually will be clean and organized, transparent and well above board, unlike this place.

I brought my daughters VW Tiguan in because of a check engine light. When I got there, the staff were all friendly and helpful. I had replaced a cam sensor a few months ago but the light would not go off and the symptoms were still there. Austin checked the cam sensor and then proceeded to use his expertise to get the cars computer to relearn the sensor. 20 minutes and I was out of there. The cool thing was that he only charged me for 30 minutes of work instead of the “per hour” rate. He is definitely professional and I’ll be going there from now on with any car issues. Thank you!

My car's gears were slipping, and I was charged $260 to change the transmission fluid. When we asked if they changed the filter, they said they didn't. When my dad inquired if it would fix the problem, they were unsure, mentioning that I needed to drive it to find out. After my father left, they informed me I had a bad transmission, without even testing it.

They had my car for 2 weeks, ended up charging me for labor for a false diagnosis, they never fixed my car and told me to take it to the dealership for a part under warranty. I took my car to the dealership, car was fixed within one day, a completely different issue than what Rich’s diagnosed.They won’t admit they didn’t know what they were doing or messed up. I received half my money back but l paid them more for nothing than I did the dealership to fix my car in the end.Definitely avoid this shop.
